He quoted a price, and he had to spend more time on but didn't charge extra. He was prompt, he explained what the plumbing problem was, and was able to fix it.

He fixed the faucet but I wanted a new utility sink and faucet installed in my basement. He didn't want to do the job because he said that he had a bad knee, which he failed to mention earlier. He also smelled of body odor. I also didn't like the fact that he didn't provide an itemized receipt of the charges.

He was willing to see us after hours. He was good at returning phone calls. He identified the problem very quickly. He was reasonable about addressing it, as well as his charge for it.

Kok was very responsive and came out on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and was able to solve our issues. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

he did not charge us for this specific job, but we've used him multiple times, the other jobs we were charged a small amount, very responsive, contacts you right away. if i could i would give him an A++.

I have a leak in my ceiling through the dry wall. This is why I called him. I had pointed out some additional places we could check for the leaks, but he seemed rushed and just told me to call him when it started to leak again. Unfortunately, its such an intermittent leak ... but I'm sure it is causing damage to my floor in the bathroom.
He was punctual, somewhat professional, but overall he seemed rushed and I don't think I'd hire him again. I didn't get my money's worth at all.

It went great, the did a great job. They even came back the same night and tightened the drain that was leaking a little bit with no charge. There was another guy that helped him with the vanity. He did all the work within the same day.

They did a great job. I called on a Monday, Kok called me back that evening, and came the next day to do all the work. They were friendly and efficient. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We'll definitely call Kok for all of our plumbing needs.
