excellent. He called and came on time, did the repair efficiently and spent time explaining and demonstrating what was the problem and even general electrical principles. Besides having the repairs done, I learned a bit about electricity.

The price was competitive for the amount of work he did for us. He was punctual and professional.

I called the day the before and was able to get an appt that following morning. Ken was very punctual and extremely professional and friendly. Ken had been over to our house the year before to install wiring in the gazebo.

Ken was able to come over the same day I called to check out the project. He gave me an estimate and was willing to come back the next morning to do the work. I couldn't make it so he came the day after. He showed up on time and the whole project took a little over an hour. I'll probably have him come back to do some more electrical work soon.

This job went extremely well. I contacted Mr. Knudsen by phone, we discussed the job. He was in the area at the time and was able to stop in to see what I needed, as I recall within a half hour. He told me his rate, and gave an estimate. We set up a time for the following week. Mr. Knudsen arrived on time, completed the work in well under the estimated time (despite my questions and chatting), and for under the estimate. He obviously knew what he was doing, was friendly and cleaned up before he left.

Ken arrived on time and was quite professional. He completed all of the work very promptly and all of the wiring appeared neat and clean when he was finished. Ken did a nice job and I would definitely use him again for any electrical work.

I had to call twice to get on-site visit and the quote was a little slow in coming through the mail. But after connecting and accepting the estimate, the job went very smoothly and I am very happy with work.

I had Ken come over to give me an estimate on the work I wanted to have done on the main level of the house. I was pleased with his interaction and received his estimate a couple days later. His price was on par with the two other companies I had estimates from. I chose to go with Ken based on his personality which was very easy going. Ken performed all of the work himself and I trusted him enough to give him the key to the house so he was able to come and go as needed. The initial work was to be for the main level but I was pleased enough with Ken's work that I had him do the electrical for the lower level I was finishing. Ken and the St. Paul electrical inspector get along very well and I never heard of any issues from the inspector with Ken's work. Ken did top notch work with the wiring and placements. Overall I am very happy with Knudsen Electric and would use him again without hesitation.

He was fabulous! Out of the three companies I called, he was the first to get back to me. He fit us right into his schedule to come out and give us a free estimate. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some opinions on what would work or not work for our needs. He came out and did the job in a shorter time than I thought it would take. He was very clean! He put down drop cloths in the area he was working in and he vacuumed up after himself. When he left there was a not one sign that he was there except for the perfect job he did on the installations! We would hire him again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The job went well. When we bought the house most of the lights and outlets were on one 15amp breaker. I have been working on separating this circuit ever since, but need some professional help. The old knob and tube wiring in our house presented some challenges and Ken handled these issues and added the new electrical for our finished basement. We wanted some flexibility with the bid because we didn't know how much work we wanted done, so we mutually decided to pay him on a time and materials basis.

Ken did a varitey of electrical work for me. Rewired a 3-way switch that was wired incorrectly. Added 2 more 3-way switches. Installed additional garage lighting and added another switch. Rewiring the 3-way was a little challenging, due to the way it had been wired previously. He was able to get it done and now the it works right and is safe. Ken helped put the walls back together where he had to cut to get to the wires and cleaned up the work areas. Ken did a great job! There is more work this house needs. I will definitely use Knudsen Electric again!

Ken was here when my husband was trying to finish the area where the hot tub was going to sit, when they came to deliver the hot tub. Ken pitched right in and helped my husband finish this (while hot tub people looked on impatiently). My husband couldn't have done it without his help. Ken also came on a very short notice when we told him tub was going to be delivered. Very nice and polite. We felt the price was very reasonable.

We were very pleased with his work. He came on very short notice and was very helpful.

Ken was very prompt about getting in touch with me to arrange an appointment and did excellent work. Ken performed all of the repairs that we had quickly and professionally. His prices were fair and his itemization of the work and charges was very clear. He exceeded our expectations and we will be using him again when we convert our basement to living space.

KEN WAS FANTASTIC. I CALLED HIM ON A THURSDAY AND HE WAS OUT ON MONDAY. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND FRIENDLY. THE WORK HE PERFORMED WAS BY THE HOUR, AND HE WORKED DILIGENTLY SO I DID NOT FEEL HE WAS RUNNING UP THE CLOCK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ALL TASKS BIG AND SMALL.

KEN WAS ON TIME, IS POLITE AND COMPLETED THE WORK REQUESTED. THERE IS MORE ELECTRIC WORK I NEED DONE AND HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. HE OFFERED IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS AND IS VERY HELPFUL. I WILL DEFINITELY WORK WITH KEN AGAIN.

KEN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK. WE APPRECIATED HIS PROMPTNESS AND WILLINGNESS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AS WELL AS EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE KNUDSEN ELECTRIC AGAIN!

KEN WAS ALWAYS WHERE HE SAID HE WOULD BE, WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. HE IS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT OUT ON HIS OWN EARLIER THIS YEAR AND IS ANXIOUS TO BUILD HIS BUSINESS TO PROVIDE FOR HIS FAMILY. NO JOB IS TOO SMALL FOR KEN.
