Kirk is an excellent agent. Having over 30 years of experience in the industry, Kirk offers a wealth of information that gave both of us peace of mind as buyers, as well as sellers. He also has a background in construction that has been very helpful in evaluating the quality of the homes we're seeing when buying. He can look past the aesthetics and point out the positives and negatives as to the structure of the home that other agents may miss. Simply a top notch agent who's always looking to offer the best for this clients.
