Fantastic Job! After finding leak in our old 27 year old tank, I called around to several services. Most wanted you to leave a number to call back but Kelly answered right away. They asked a few questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. Being a Wednesday, they asked if it could wait till Monday when their schedule opened ... since it was leaking I was looking for something sooner. They conferred and agreed that they could fit it in Friday. They arrived on time and did a great job putting in the new one and hauling the old beast out. VERY HAPPY with their service. Local too. Their price wasn't out of line from what others were asking. Highly recommended especially if you want to support a small local business. Thanks!

They did a great job and were very professional. I'd use them again. But BEWARE, big surprise when I got the bill. Angie's List says they charge $122 an hour, but they billed me @ $136 an hour--a total of $105 more than I was expecting to pay for this job. Kelly's says they have no control over what Angie's List puts on their website. Angie: Please correct the rate you state for this provider or simply remove it to avoid customer surprises.

I like that they are inexpensive, do a good job, and down the street from my house. Most of the people in my neighborhood use them. The cost included labor. They were really nice and flexible with scheduling that they were willing to meet my schedule. They were really helpful and informative while they were working. I had to work with my insurance guy on stuff and he said that if it was less than a certain amount and they were less than the certain amount that it was a really good deal.

He was very professional and didn't laugh at us when he found the problem was a plugged drainpipe for the airconditioner. He just remmoved the clog and everything was good. He only charged for the visit, nothing extra.

I was having issues with the main floor bathtub faucet. Mark opened up the knob and said that it was rusted. He drilled a hole in the back of the closet, because there was no access to the pipe through the bathroom. He got it fixed within 4 hours. I haven't had any problems since.

Mark was very nice and very conversational. He was thorough and calm. He was a gentleman who took great pride in his work. He also gave me a referral to another guy to come fill up the hole. I take joy in having other service providers refer other great service providers.

Plumber arrived promptly. He was very courteous, told me exactly what he was doing and completed the job efficiently. Price seemed fair.

They were here on time and fixed everything in less than an hour. Wonderful.

We are in the process of converting our unfinished basement into an entertainment area with guest bedroom and bath. We called Kelly Plumbing to help us get the bathroom and kitchenette area operational after my husband had set the tub and sink and installed the cabinets in the kitchenette area. Mark, the plumber, arrived exactly on time. He understood what we needed and brought all of the right tools and materials. He was courteous and happy to explain how and why he was doing what he was doing to my husband who, while a great general handyman, is not a plumber. We were delighted with the service we received and will call Kelly Plumbing again!

The plumber showed up at the scheduled time. The plumber was very professional. I showed him what I wanted done and he went right to work. He completed the work in a very efficient amount of time which was shorter than I was expecting. Kelly charges by time and materials but no time was wasted and I ended up paying less than I was expecting. I was very impressed and the whole process was very painless. I would use Kelly again as my first choice.

I met with an estimator from Kelly Plumbing back on July 2, 2010. He was punctual, pleasant and informative. Unfortunately, they never provided a quote for the work. After at least three phone calls inquiring on the status of the quote, I have still have not received one. Each time I called I was told I would be called back and a quote would be sent. On my last call on July 29, I left a voice message specifically asking if for some reason they did not want to quote the job. I stated that since the existing water heater is leaking we need to take action. I also asked them if they do not want to bid the job to please let me know so I that I can retain another plumber. When my call was returned on August 2, I was assured they wanted to bid the job and was told I would be contacted later that day with additional questions about using a used water heater. I never received a call back. I can only imagine how responsive they would be if they got the job.
