I contacted Keith Krupenny & Son as they listed they would take railroad ties. I had several landscaping 4x4s that I thought were railroad ties. I called them went through the job and they gave me a very competitive bid for a 4 cubit yard dumpster with seven railroad ties. The dumpster arrived on time, I placed everything in it and they picked it up with no issue. I got a call the next day informing me that I did not have railroad ties and that they would be returning the extra money I had spent to dispose of those. What an honest business! I would recommend them to anyone and won't hesitate to call them for my next remodeling project.

Customer service rep on the phone assured me they can deliver dumpster to rear driveway from alley. Driver shows up with a 40 foot long truck (to deliver a 10 foot long dumpster) and says "there's no way I can put this on your driveway". He got very defensive when I told him that their office assured me there would be "no problem" fulfilling my request. "We don't know what the situation is until we get to the site." Really. Surely they must know the size of their own delivery truck. I described the site (alley/driveway/amount of room to swing truck) to the rep. She never mentioned the delivery truck was going to be 40 feet long. If she had, I would have said that there's no way to back into the driveway. I know. I've driven large trucks. I was tempted to tell the driver "Forget it", but I needed the dumpster. He suggested if we removed the chain link fence between the driveway and my yard, he could just angle the dumpster into the yard. I was going to remove the fence in the next few days anyway, but I didn't like being rushed. And I really didn't want the dumpster in my yard, but now I had no choice. So we did it. They picked up the dumpster a week later while I was not home.

THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND AROUND AND CHECKED IN WITH ME CONSTANTLY TO SEE IF I NEEDED MORE TIME AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME WHEN I DID NEED ANY EXTRA WEEK. VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROMPT DELIVERING MY ROLLOFF WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL.

THEY WERE PROMPT WITH DROP OFF AND PICK-UP, AND WHEN THEY MADE AN ERROR AND LEFT THE AIR CONDITIONER BEHIND, THEY CAME RIGHT BACK TO PICK IT UP AND APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY.
