I CALLED KARLA TO SCHEDULE THE NEXT MONTHS CLEANING, SHE ASKED ME TO CALL WHEN I WAS READY TO HAVE HOME CLEANED. I CALLED AND KARLA SAID SHE COULD DO IT NEXT WEEK AND WOULD CALL ME. I RECEIVED NO CALL SO I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT HER SCHEDULE WAS LIKE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. SHE THEN INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO CLEAN ANY MORE.

I HAVE USED VARIOUS CLEANING SERVICES OVER THE YEARS, BUT NONE HAVE BEEN AS ORGANIZED, EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH AS KARLA. SHE IS ALSO DEPENDABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. SHE IS EVEN AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS!
