KAREN WILSON WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL BUYER BROKER. SHE KNOWS THE REALTY BUSINESS LIKE THE BACK OF HER HAND. SHE ALSO KNOWS THE TWIN CITIES NEIGHBORHOODS QUITE WELL. SHE WORKS 7 DAYS A WEEK AND IS WILLING TO DROP JUST ABOUT ANYTHING IF NECESSARY. SHE UNDERSTANDS THAT HOME BUYING CAN BE A GRUELING PROCESS AT TIMES AND THAT MANY PEOPLE CHANGE THEIR MINDS ABOUT THINGS AFTER LOOKING AT A FEW HOUSES. SHE TAKES THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND REFRAINS FROM BEING PUSHY OR FROM IMPOSING HER IDEA OF WHAT SHE THINKS YOU WANT. SHE WAS SUPPORTIVE WHEN WE WERE DISCOURAGED AND ON TOP OF THINGS WHEN WE DECIDED TO BID. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
