From day one, they exceeded my expectations. I may have been naive since this was our first remodel job but I think they did a fantastic job.
Our house was built in 1948 (or somewhere around there). Kevin was very good to work with, he explained everything clearly so we all understood each other's expectations. If something needed to be changed as the work progressed, Kevin was able to suggest a couple of alternatives. It was his idea to make an actual closet in our bathroom instead of replacing the closet towers . It's so much nicer this way, gives it a much more finished look -- we never would have thought to do that and other people who had quoted the job did not offer that either. Kevin was very knowledgable, very experienced, very professional and very kind. He was clearly experienced in remodeling our type of home, nothing really shocked him. Overall, it was a great experience. I really enjoyed working with him.
We were comfortable with his contractors being in our house unattended. The crew was very clean and tidy, they put down protective paper where needed to keep from harming the floors.
Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend KL Remodeling.
I hope to hire him again in the future.

NEW FLOOR, AND FULL WALL HEIGHT TILE AROUND NEW TUB
NEW TOILET AND CABINETS, MIRROR 2 WALL CABINETS HUNG
LIGHTS, ELECTRICAL, FAN, EXTRA SWITCHES, SHOWER ROD
NEW PLUMBING FROM TUB TO BASEMENT MAIN LINE
NEW SHOWER PLUMBING
NEW DOOR AT CLOSET AND ENTRY DOOR, ALL HARDWARE
NEW TRIM AT WINDOW
LOOKS VERY NICE, CLEANED UP THE MESS TOO
PUT PAPER DOWN ON FLOOR FROM FRONT DOOR TO BATHROOM
HUNG PLASTIC WHEN SANDING, THEY WERE CAREFUL OF NOT LETTING OUR DOG OUT

ONLY SLOWDOWN WAS WAITING FOR CABINETS TO ARRIVE, DELAYED THINGS 1 WEEK
OTHERWISE IT TOOK 3 WEEKS (PLUS THE NON-WORK WEEK) TO COMPLETE
NOT INTRUSIVE ON US AND WERE THERE USUALLY 9-3 EVERY DAY
PRICE QUOTED IS IF HE BUYS EVERYTHING AT HIS DOLLAR FIGURE, YOU WILL PICK OUT MORE EXPENSVE
CABINETS, ETC THO' ..... SO KNOW THAT THE PRICE GOES UP SOMEWHAT UNLESS YOU GO REALLY CHEAP.
WE ARE HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT THEY DIDNT PLASTER AND SAND EXISTING WALLS BEFORE THEY PAINTED
THERE WAS REALLY NO DISCUSSION ABOUT THIS THO, WE JUST ASSUMED IT WOULD BE DONE
