It went excellently. After a couple unsuccessful attempts at buying a condo with another realtor - both did not comp out, I contacted Justin on a referral from a colleague at work. Justin is very professional and completely understands the realities of the current MN real estate market. I had complete trust in Justin's advice. With his guidance and work, we were able to close on the condo in three weeks (offer to closing). The closing went very smoothly with no problems whatsoever. It is easy to see why Justin has won so many realtor awards. Completely and well deserved in my opinion.
