The concrete looks beautiful! We are extremely impressed with the knowledge, precision, and highly skilled Joseph Construction Team. What a beautiful transformation! We highly recommend Joseph Construction for any concrete project.

The front stoop already had a crack in it within the first month.  E-mailed to see if they could come and look at it but have not had any response.  Not sure what type of sealant they used on the garage floor but the gasket on the bottom of the garage floor sticks to it and I will have to have it replaced.  I did not put the garage door down all the way for over a month and it still sticks to the floor.  I also have a rug that is now stuck to the floor.  I did not put the rug on the floor for over 3 months and now it is stuck to the floor.  They also left the front yard a mess.  Washed their tools off and their was cement rocks everywhere.  Also, had to have the driveway seal coated again because the bobcat tore it up.

I met Joseph in a parking lot while I was shopping and requested an estimate.  Joseph promptly provided me with a competitive estimate, and after researching the company, and comparing my estimates, I decided to use Joseph Construction.  Once scheduled, the crew showed up on time and began to remove my existing damaged driveway and sidewalk.  Clean fill (class five gravel) was brought in and spread, the crew prepped the new driveway, ensuring that there would be an equal amount of concrete through out the 3 car wide and 40 some foot long driveway.  They worked like clock work and the cement truck showed up just as they were finishing up with the first of three framing sections.  They work methodically and the driveway was completed in 3 equal pours.  The concrete was hand finished and tooled, and turned out great.  I waited for several months to write the review, waiting to see if there would be any cracks or pitting.  As of today there have been no cracks or pitting or stones popping out of the completed product.

My neighbor was so impressed by the crew, the quality of work and value of the work that he also had Joseph Construction replace his driveway too.

We have used Joseph Construction before for concrete work. They have been very good to work with in the past, but admittedly we did not have a problem with the previous work. On this job our driveway got numerous and severe divot's over the first winter on only the area Joseph Construction replaced. We began trying to contact Joseph Construction in the spring of 2014 and I haven't been able to get Joseph Construction to come back out to view the problem or even call back. We started calling them in early April 2014 and emailed them April 29, 2014 which I can produce a copy of. As stated previously, Joseph Construction has not returned or responded to any calls or emails.

It went really well. I don't remember the cost.

He was recommended by my neighbor across the street and we were very happy with their work. They did a wonderful job. My wife and I got a pretty good price. I had an estimate from an asphalt driveway contractor about a year prior to that and he was more expensive so I don't know what was going out there with him. We were very happy. He was supposed to be here at a certain time in the morning and they were here. They left with the place all cleaned up and the only thing you knew that had happened is you could see fresh concrete. They are very competitive; they were not here to steal your money.

Overall, I highly recommend this company. They did great work for me. The last contractor I had pour concrete here was terrible. Joseph Construction fixed the errors made by the previous contractor. This included having to tear out all the old concrete. Joe and his crew were meticulous about installing more than enough rebar and wire mesh to properly enforce the concrete. In addition they were prompt, courteous, completed the job on time, and had great communication. Compared to other contractors Joseph Construction was very reasonable price wise.

A few weeks after the job was complete my wife and I noticed that there was a slight pooling of water just out from the steps from the front stoop. I guess that is just the nature of the beast, but if it froze in the winter it would be a problem. I called Joe on a Wednesday and he came out that afternoon to look at it. He was back on Friday and fixed the problem. I would say he was very responsive and wanted to make sure the job was right. Again a very good job.

I would not hesitate to hire Joseph Construction in the future for any concrete job I might have.

Immediately the driveway cracked, large crack. The company sent someone out to check the damage. The company refused to fix the damage.

This was a small job to remove and replace a 20x9 foot section of concrete driveway that buckled badly due to tree roots. The sales representative, Pat Aylward, was prompt for all appointments, very polite, and quite detailed about what the company would do, when it would occur, and how they would do it. He dovetailed my work with another small job in St. Louis Park to keep the cost down. Due to inclement weather, I thought the work would be delayed which wasn't a concern to me on this job. However, it wasn't delayed at all. The work was done as described, quickly, neatly, and on schedule. They did a great clean up, too. Communications with the contractor's representative were excellent. I would definitely have this company bid any other concrete jobs I have in the future.

EXCELLENT. THEY SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD AT 8:00 AM. THEY RIPPED OUT MY OLD THREE CAR GARAGE FLOOR AND HAD THE NEW ONE POURED BY NOON SAME DAY. THEY LEFT THE PLACE AS THEY FOUND IT AND THE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT.
