It's a real inconvenience to have this worked on as we have to call the city to get the water shut off. It is still leaking after he has worked on it twice, and we will be having someone else work on the issue to get it resolved.

John has been our families plumber for years. We have had nothing but the best in quality and integrity from John. When we moved into the area we called around to all the plumbers but John was the out favorite as he ran a small practice with a small network of loyal customers. He does exceptionally fine work, he is flexible, he is promt, curteous, and he always gives 100%. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a local plumber.

John has seen a great plumber for all our needs over the past 10 years. He has fixed problems, and come check out what we thought might be problems without charge. He is knowledgable, professional, and he works with integrity. Highly recommend John!

He was awesome, did a great job helping us choose our flooring, with great knowledge of the source of milled flooring for our region and who to buy it from and why. I'd definitely use him any time.

John did an excellent job walking me through the process of selecting the floors and the various costs associated with the job. He was very personable and easy to work with. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.

He had not installed bamboo before but did a good job at a reasonable price.

John was wonderful -- he worked awfully hard to remove the existing flooring, and then installed beautiful maple floors. We couldn't be happier.

The floors are just wonderful! John had a tough job to do, removing several layers of old flooring -- he did so well, and cheerfully. On top of doing great work, John has a funny sense of humor. A great experience.

Our dishwasher had overflowed and the flors was very warped. I called John and he came and estimated that a large portion fo the floor should be replaced and the whole area sanded and refinished. Circumstances caused us to delay the work. We decided to go out of town while it was done. John called me long distance to tell me that the boards had dried out and flattened enough so that he wouldn't have to replace any. So he proceeded to sand and finish and did a beautifull job.His honesty saved about $666. I am very grateful for his great job and honest work. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also I had used him a few years earlier with excellent results.

John was referred to me by a friend who had seen his work. I checked Angie's list and there was only one report. I had him out for an estimate and he said he would do the radiators and some touch up work in the lower unit for free. He was willing to start working a few days after I talked to him, which was important because I had a tenant waiting to move in. Additionally, he was willing to let me pay installments over the month so I wouldn't have to use financing. John started the work by himself, but after his sander broke and delayed his progress he brought in another worker to help. It took a total of four days including time to let the poly dry. The quality of the work is outstanding; those old floors are so beautiful now I almost want to cry. John left the place spotlessly clean.

John was very experienced and professional, and did the entire job in two days. I really appreciated the promptness, since I had had work going on in the living room and kitchen ceilings for some time and was anxious to get my furniture back in. John really knows what he's doing--the floor is absolutely beautiful --way better than I would have thought possible. And he's a good guy, outgoing, with an excellent sense of humor.
