Going back to the time I ordered the window treatments, everything went as promised. They were delivered when they said they would.
I remember it was overwhelming at all the choices they had. Their designer helped me quickly to narrow it down.

I obtained bids from several other companies for this and JcPenney was the only place that listened to what I wanted and followed through to the end. Mary was very helpful and worked to make sure all the details were in order. The installer did a professional job hanging the shutters and cleaned everything up after he was done.

I had an appointment for 12:30 and arrived 10 minutes early. It was a mad house and there were at least 30 people waiting in the wait area. I checked in and waited 40 minutes for my session, even though I had an appointment. I wasn't in the studio more than 10 minutes then I was told that I would have to wait about a half hour before I could select my pictures. I asked if there was any way I could come back later, and they said that I wouldn't be able to use my coupons if I didn't wait. I waited for an hour and still wasn't called on, so I went to ask when I could expect to make my selections. The girl told me I was next. Half an hour later when the next computer opened up, they called someone else. I checked in again and told them waiting longer wasn't an option as I had been waiting with a one year old for more than 2 hours after making an appointment. They finally relented and let me schedule a time to come back and select my pictures. Unfortunately, I had to go back the next day. And then I had to make another appointment to come and pick up my pictures. It took 3 trips and more than 6 hours to get this done. I thought JC Penney would be a nice relatively inexpensive place to get photos and it turned out to be a huge waste of time. At least I got some cute photos.

Watch Repair
The company shipped it back and they hadn't done anything to it, the company said they no longer handled this kind of watch, and gave no further clue. The local JC Penney tried to help me by looking it up in the phone book.

Very well. Salesperson seemed to be familiar with the products on hand and did not steer us to the most expensive version they sold. They did recommend strongly we purchase a liquid-proof mattress pad which would ensure continuing warranty coverage on the mattress, and we did (it wasn't much more expensive than buying a mattress pad elsewhere). Delivery was scheduled soon and at our convenience. Delivery people were friendly and efficient.

They had a lot of neat modern furniture there. The price was almost 50% off which was great! The couch I bought had a really neat design. I really liked it. The design was really very modern and updated. They also gave us a warranty on the couch as well. I would use them again.

They were very quick. I did a little browsing, came back, and they were done. They advised me that they could not open one of watches without voiding the waterproof guaranty. They also give you a card so that after four battery replacements you get one free!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND THE JEWELRY WAS BACK WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THE SERVICE IN THE STORE WAS A LITTLE SLUGGISH AND THE CLERKS SEEMED SLIGHTLY PUT OUT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME (LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANT THEIR CONVERSATION INTERRUPTED), BUT THEY DID CALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TO SAY THE PIECE WAS READY TO PICK UP. WHEN I WENT BACK TO PICK UP THE EARRINGS THE SERVICE WAS BETTER, NOT SO APATHETIC. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND THE WORK WAS WELL DONE.
