Kevin returned phone calls promptly, answered our questions thoroughly, and was very helpful in evaluating cost considerations. He was able to schedule us quickly, and he and his staff were highly professional throughout the time they were in our house. He went out of his way to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting.

The owner came to the house and did a thorough review of the attic prior to giving an estimate. He took measurements of the home (which my husband and I later proved were overstated by many feet), identified a rodent problem, and described the options we could proceed with. He really seemed to know what he was doing and had a great price! We called to schedule an appointment to install the insulation, and were ready to go. Unfortunately, the guy never showed up on the day of the appt - and when I called to ask where he was, he told me he lost my information and was at another site that day. He rearranged his schedule to come the next day, was late to the time he said he'd arrive. That said, when he was at the house, he worked straight on through. He did a great job with the insulation. He did leave a mess though - we've been vacuuming insulation since he left.

We had a few people that were going to give bids, and they were the only ones who kept the appointment. The price was right. I heard good things about them online. I thought the price was reasonable for what they did. They were conscientious about their work.

Very well. Kevin and crew did an outstanding job.

I liked that they could use my credit card. They came in and got it done in 2 days and they cleaned up well after themselves. They did a good job for what was expected of them. I would recommend them to others.

We still have some work in progress with a problem and we are not sure if it is them or the house. They are being responsive in working on this with me and I am in the process of lining up some other work to do with them. I would highly recommend them to others.

International Insulation applied closed cell spray foam to the walls and ceilings in our half-story bungalow. The R value of the finished product was 2 less than a competitor's quote, but International Insulation was notably less expensive. The job took one day to complete, although they had to go into the early evening (~6pm) to finish. They broke a window in the process of insulating, which they offered to repair. After they finished, I noticed a couple missed spots in hard to reach places, which I had to fill using spray foam in a can from the hardware store. Other than that, very pleased with the job. Just had an energy audit and they commented on how tight our house was due to the insulation job upstairs.

KEVIN WAS POLITE AND PUNCTUAL FOR THE ESTIMATE VISIT AND SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT AS WELL AS OTHER ASPECTS OF COMPLETION OF OUR BASEMENT SINCE HE IS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. THE WORKERS WERE UNABLE TO ARRIVE UNTIL 3:30PM. HIS TEAM OF 3 STARTED OUT AS 2 AND WAS SOON DOWN TO 1 FOR THE REST OF THE JOB. AFTER AN INITIAL INTRODUCTION, HIS WORKER FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US THE REST OF THE TIME. BECAUSE OF THE LATE START, HE WAS HERE UNTIL AFTER 9PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. WHEN WE WENT TO INSPECT THE JOB, THE BASEMENT WAS VERY MESSY. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE ON SATURDAY MORNING TO FIND OUT IF THE CLEANING UP WAS OVERLOOKED OR IF THEY WOULD BE RETURNING TO FINISH I WAS GIVEN A VERY SINCERE APOLOGY WITH THE PROMISE OF A PHONE CALL TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. THIS DID HAPPEN AND KEVIN PERSONALLY CAME OUT TO SUPERVISE THE CLEAN UP, MAKE SURE HIS EMPLOYEES DID A GOOD JOB AND MAKE SURE WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
