When we listed our home, John advised us on how to best present our home for the sale and setting the right price for our home.   He had a professional photographer take the photos that go into the MLS site.  He kept us informed of every aspect of the process of selling a home.  We always knew he was looking out for our best interests.
John is professional and responsive.  His market knowledge and professional network contributed to his success in the quick sale of our home.  Our home was listed after Labor Day and despite that normally slow time for realty sales, we had an offer in a few days.

My wife and I met Jill at a Chamber Event in the twin cities and she introduced herself as a local Realtor. We expressed our interest in owning a home within the next year and agreed to meet with her and discuss options. Jill was very low pressure and we agreed to work with her. We ended up looking about just over 30 homes before we purchased. In that time Jill was very professional and did a wonderful job pointing out both the good and bad aspect of all the homes we viewed. When it came time to put an offer we came in low. We went back and forth through negotiations and closed within a month. Jill has done a great job keeping in touch and contacted us several times after our purchase to make sure everything was going well.
