About us
The word "Honest" is part of our name for a reason. We train our managers and owners to do everything possible to kill the old stereotypes associated with mechanics and car shops. At Honest-1, 66% of our customers are female, and we recognize that. We endeavor to ensure no customer leaves the lobby until she is given an explanation of all charges (complete with diagrams, computer models, and technician advice with a smile). Customer service and customer experience is our top priority! All our centers across the country maintain an upscale lobby with features like leather easy chairs and couches, sparkling tile floors, complimentary soft drinks and bottled water, gourmet coffee stations, large flat-screen televisions, secure children's play areas, pristine restrooms, and exceptionally clean work areas. We have taken years of auto-shop experience and coupled it with an unparalleled attention to detail and a keen ear. We listen to you, and we hope to continue to cater to your needs as we grow.

I paid the bill and left. Yesterday, I was looking at the bill and I noticed that the labor to replace the lights was $90.00, then they added $10.?? for disposal of hazardous material and $3.?? for shop materials. I brought both bulbs in to these guys, and asked to keep my good drivers bulb, which I replaced and all they "disposed" of was the single little headlight bulb and never actually used any shop materials.
While my vehicle's headlights are difficult to replace if you don't have a rack to put your vehicle up, (You have to access the headlights through the wheel wells) it cost me $40 more than taking it to the dealer and I also provided the headlight bulbs, whereas the dealer includes that price.
They did send me an email service review request, which I filled out and honestly thought they would follow up with me and explain why it cost $13.00+ to dispose of a headlight bulb, I'm talking the little sized bulb that fits in the palm of your hand with room to spare....and have not received a follow up call or email or anything.
I wouldn't go there again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I am not one to flame someone for no good reason, but I feel these guys grossly overcharged me. I keep all car receipts, and wish that Angies list had a way to upload the receipt so I could show the folly of the exhorbitant disposal fee for the headlamp bulb!!
I strongly urge no one to ever take their vehicle here for repair.
