Karl Sanders was the house inspector who came out to do the inspection. He was okay and did a thorough job. I had a plumber who had come over to do de-winterization. The house inspector who came out shut off the water because he was worried that it might lead to some water damage if he left it on. The water should not have been shut off. I called up several places and so, I found that Homtech wasn't the most expensive company. His responsiveness to my needs was fast too.

Karl did an excellent job, he was prompt, professional, truly knowledgeable & his service was an incredible value. We got our inspection report as soon as he was completed along with the wealth info that Karl gave us on the property tour.
