We received a list of names and addresses and telephone numbers associated with prospective lead.  We understand that not all leads turn into qualified appointments. We have been doing this A LONG TIME.  In writing we signed a map with acceptable locations.  They speak to people at trade shows they are not using online software to pull in customers so it is different than a customer calling us.  THe lists consisted of people outside of our region by an hour.  We contacted them and few days later they charged us for 20 leads.  These leads cost $600.  They never returned my calls or emails- they said in their contracts that they are not supposed to charge you for leads that are out of your jurisdiction.  The second problem was that they continued to charge us monthly for leads out of our region and would not return the money.  They knew what they were doing.  After 2.5 months I spoke with our sales rep (who I had called several times over the 2.5 months) and he agreed and apologized.  I gave him 5 days to put the credit on and they did not and would not give the credit.  I called some of the leads and they would respond "I don't know why I keep getting calls about this, I hired someone months ago." I think they were recycling leads that were not that good in the first place.  One person I spoke with had a house built in 2012 but HOme Team Remodelers said the homeowner called and said they wanted a NEW ROOF.  We have been here for over 40 years.  A new home with problems with a roof- they will go to the Other features about the leads, phone numbers were nonexistent, incorrect or the person on the lead would say, I needed a dryer vent replaced NOT A WHOLE HOUSE OF SIDING.  They recycle their leads, grab them from online sources and say they do not do wha they say.

The process was great!  The contractor that we chose came out and walked us through the process from start to finish.  They took measurements of our kitchen and provided a design for us.  We also got to pick out our cabinets and countertops.  The whole experience from design to construction was super.
