Very well. Dan explained the process on the phone so that we would understand how he operated. Dan went over the house, inside and out, very carefully, entering comments and ratings into his laptop as he went. I returned to the house after about 2.5 hours, and he went over his findings with me and my sister for another two hours! He gave us practical advice when asked, and explained every rating very clearly, making sure we understood the nature of the problem and what was needed. This was exactly what we needed. He printed out two 15 page reports on the spot. He did a lot of work for a very reasonable price, and knows what he is doing.
