 + -1 morePoorly, poorer and terrible. Finally my wife did reach someone to get it wrapped up and did well, though not enough for all the difficulties we had. Glad when we were done.
Description of Work: Sales were good at first. Then added charges kept on getting added. #1 Color not standard in stock. Left hand design to furniture rather than right, extra charge. Special order extra charge. Added charge for two deliveries because they didn't have inventory or hold part of the order. Original order delayed delivery.

 + -1 moreWE WERE LOOKING FOR A BEDROOM SET, DINETTE SET AND LIVING ROOM SET. WE BOUGHT OUR MATTRESSES FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY COULD DELIVER THEM THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH THE DELIVERY AND REPLACED 1 BOX SPRING LAST WEEK WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. WE DIDN'T BUY THE REST FROM THEM BECAUSE WE JUST WANTED TO BROWSE FOR AWHILE SINCE WE WERE LOOKING FOR SO MUCH. WHEN WE FOUND A FEW THINGS OF INTEREST THERE SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE SALES PEOPLE ALL HAVING MADE CLAIM TO US. WE DECIDED TO WORK WITH A GENTLEMEN AND ALL WAS GOING GOOD TIL WE SEEN HIM GET HIS BUTT CHEWED OUT BY OTHER CLERKS BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO BE THE 1 TO MAKE THE SALE. MANY HAD ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP. WE LET THEM KNOW WE NEEDED TIME TO LOOK. WE WENT TO HIM WHEN WE WERE READY. WE WILL GO BACK AND BUY A LIVING ROOM SET FROM HIM ANOTHER TIME BUT THEY DID MISS OUT ON OUR PURCHASE OF A BEDROOM SET $5000, LEATHER RECLINER $900 AND A DINETTE SET $900. MAYBE NEXT TIME THEY WILL RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE.
