We chose Hoffman Weber to replace our roof for a couple of reasons: 1) They helped us with all of the issues associated with our project, which included replacement of the shingles, two flat roof areas, special flashing, coordination with the skylight supplier and some interior trim repair. 2) Their representative Joe Wire is both very personable and knowledgeable. As seniors, we appreciated someone who would follow through from start to finish, deal with the paperwork and keep us informed along the way. Choosing Hoffman Weber was the right choice for us and would recommend them to others needing roof repair or replacement.

From our first contact with Keyth Hendrickson the process of repairing our exterior from hail damage was great. Keyth explained what needed to be repaired, the process of making an Insurance claim. Keyth also worked with our Duplex neighbor to get all the work done simultaneously. Everyone in the company worked together and communicated with each other so whom ever I spoke with, they had answers! Thank you Corinna, Amanda, Kim, Dave, Jane, Nina, Ana, and James! The roofing and siding crews that came to do the actual work did great work, took care of ittle details that popped up, and cleaned everything up! All work was completed and passed final code inspection the first time! Wonderful!!

Everybody we dealt with was very professional and responsive.Keyth Hendricks our salesperson and designer was great and Brian Thole was great to work with as our Project Manager. The crew did a great job in a timely manor and cleaned up the job site very well. I highly recommend them.

The product and roof installation were excellent! We liked the entire process from working with the salesperson to the crew leaders. The price was competitive, and the work efficiently and carefully done. We liked the attention to detail, the clean-up and follow thru. Joe Wire, our salesperson, and Joe Hoffman, President, aimed to please in every way, and they definitely succeeded!

Keyth Hendrick was my project manager. He's great communicator. He was quick to burn out any fires that came up during the project or after the project. Keyth helped me held the insurance company and helped me find a electrician and a painter for the small projects. I would highly recommend Hoffman Weber if you are dealing with a construction project.

We had a very positive overall experience with Hoffman/Weber Construction. Joe Wire was our remodeling consultant/project manager and had good recommendations on our overall project (roofing, with siding to be done mid-summer). He showed us 3D renderings to help in our decision, worked with us on changes, kept us up to date prior to the start of the project, and was involved as the project continued to completion. The roofing was an insurance claim and correspondence worked well between Hoffman/Weber and our insurance company. The roofing crew adapted quickly to a need to add plywood to a portion of our roof, requiring additional supplies. They worked long days to get the job done and cleaned up the job.

I used Hoffman Weber to help with replacing my roof! We had bad wind and hail damage. Ryan Youngren came over, sat down with us and talked about our options! Ryan was so professional and super knowledgeable! Thank goodness because I knew nothing since this was our first time replacing a roof! Ryan was amazing to work with - he worked around my hours to help me go through paperwork and pick siding and roofing. The roofing was able to be scheduled around my house warming party. They have been excellent at communication and have been very responsive. I also appreciate Ryan really taking the lead to work with my insurance.

Hoffman Weber Construction did an excellent job. I expected the work to be of high quality because I knew that they have a good reputation, but I didn't expect the incredible service and attention I received. There had to be thousands of houses across a couple cities with the same damage I got, so I figured naturally the whole process would take some time and I'd just have to be patient. I was working with Brian Thole from Hoffman during this whole process and thinking back, I don't think I had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a reply to anything I asked him. I have no idea how he juggled all the work he had from the storm, but he did without any issues whatsoever. My roof was one of the first ones fixed in my neighborhood, my siding done shortly after that, then the various small tasks were completed not long after that. The entire time I was getting calls from Hoffman Weber checking in to see if I had any needs or concerns, or to give me an update on when to expect certain things to happen. I noticed Brian stopped over quite frequently to make sure progress was being made and the work was being done well. One time I was outside to meet with him and he made mention that he had already put on several hundreds of miles on his car that morning (driving to check on all of his customers) and it was a Saturday. After the storm, I felt pretty overwhelmed with everything I had to do, but it turns out all I had to do was call my insurance to file a claim and hire Hoffman Weber. They took care of everything. I strongly recommend Hoffman Weber. They've put together a very impressive team of people and the work they do looks great!

Worst experience I have had with contractor in 37 years of home ownership. The job should have taken 3 days; instead it expanded to 3 months. I made multiple phone calls, emails, etc. Company was slow to respond if they responded at all. The roofer had medical issues and so was unavailable much of this time, and company did not notify me when he failed to arrive as scheduled due to his hospitalization, Despite being a large company, they apparently lack back up staff. Even the company manager chalked it up to "worse labor shortage in 25 years." It is not my fault if a company is so greedy for work that they happily take money, commit to a job, for which they have inadequate staff to complete. Poor communication by the company with me as well as within the company. Had I not been present , crucial information regarding a needed barrier to keep raccoons from damaging the new roof as they had the old roof would not have been passed along to the people actually doing the job by the persons overseeing the job. Due to deck furniture sitting on my lawn for 3 plus months, there was damage to my lawn. When the work was finally completed, company denied that they had agreed to replace the furniture on the deck, and I ended up hiring someone else to finish this detail of my project. I cannot believe they received a BBB award this past year. If this is a "best company" for home projects, then we as consumers are really in trouble.

"This homeowner hired an independent carpenter for the deck portion of the project. In order to replace the roof, the carpenter was responsible for taking the deck off first. This included the furniture, however we removed the furniture as a courtesy. The decking carpenter then removed the decking, but not the joists. So we removed the joists in order to complete our portion of the project (the re-roof), even though we were not contracted to do so. After completing the roof, the deck needed to be installed by the homeowner'[Member Information Removed] independent carpenter. We re-installed the joists free of charge. It was also understood that the deck carpenter would be responsible for the deck furniture. One of our project managers did return to move the furniture, but it had already been moved back."

They did not answer calls promptly until I complained and complained. They took over a month to to finally install the roof after signing the contract. Although the salesperson promised our roof could be scheduled either the same week or the following week, we waited over a month. Every time the crews failed to turn up, no one called us -- I had to call. The crew did finally install the roof and they did a good job.

Working with Brian, Pete, and everyone else I came in contact with at Hoffman Weber was fantastic. Brian helped me pick out the windows I wanted and helped me find the right financing option. Pete had to work around another company working on our building, but was so great, even though the other company was being difficult with them. Joe and his partner, who installed the windows, were wonderful in helping me do all the finishing work, even after they had completed the window installation. I absolutely love my windows!!! I can hardly hear anything going on outside, which is wonderful for those of us who work nights. I have and will continue to recommend Brian and Hoffman Weber to anyone who will listen!!

I submitted a request for a meeting and quote from Hoffman Weber on their website, and heard from them very quickly. Phil Hide was my main contact person, and he also helped with the design of my home remodeling project. I gave him a budget, and he helped me with the selections and decisions I was making so that I would stay close to the number I had given him. He met me at the granite store to help me make my counter top selections. He was attentive, skilled, kind, knowledgeable, efficient. The tradesmen that came and worked in my home were respectful, talented, and hard working. Whenever there were concerns, I felt comfortable addressing them with Phil and the workers. I am thrilled with the way my home remodeling project turned out, and would definitely hire them again.
