Ryan was incredibly thorough in explaining the steps he would take during the inspection. I had many questions about ice dams and he patiently explained the cause, even drawing a picture of the most common causes. Very professional. Acted as if I were his only appointment. I look forward to meeting with Ryan to discuss our project further.

I would highly recommend Hoffman Weber for your siding project. Keyth was a huge help in the designing and planning of our project. He made sure we were informed on the products available and didn't push us towards or try to sell us on anything we didn't want. It was important to him that we were happy and comfortable with our investment. The entire process was straightforward and relaxed while still remaining professional and detail oriented. Additionally, out of four total quotes for our project, Hoffman Weber was the most competitive. The Project Manager, Brian, was a huge help and available whenever needed, the office team was friendly, and the installation crew was hardworking and polite. If we ever need other construction or remodel services I will call Hoffman Weber first.

Keyth was extremely professional at all times and arrived exactly on schedule. He was honest with my roof inspection noting no damage was detected, which reassured me that he was not out to take advantage of insurance companies as dishonest "storm chasers" frequently do. Keyth kept an open communication with me, and updated his whereabouts prior to arriving, and arrived on time as promised which was refreshing. I will definitely be contacting him again for his services when the need arises in the future. Thanks Keyth. Keep up the good work!

I am so glad I found Hoffman Weber for my project. I researched and shopped a long time for a company that would care for the character of my 130 year old home. I got just that. Keyth our sales contact heard my needs and designed a product that perfectly addressed everything I asked for and more. Tim the project manger took care of everything during the work and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Mike and the siding install team were extraordinary. I think they took joy in seeing and protecting the history revealed under the siding as much as I did. I plan to hire Hoffman Weber again for future projects.

Hoffman Weber's Ryan Youngren was not a high pressure salesman, listening to what our ideal roofing goal was, then presenting many options coherently and providing examples of the considered options. Ryan made development of the contract smooth, covering several important points we had not thought about such as chimney flashing. The Hoffman Weber team involved in removing the old roofing were polite and efficient, daily cleaned up after themselves. During the install of the new roof, they again worked efficiently and daily cleaned up after themselves. The metal roofing they installed looks magnificent, and several neighbors have been very complimentary. Hoffman Weber's Tim has responded to many of our few concerns and questions in a timely fashion.

We stopped at the Hoffman Weber exhibit at the State Fair last year. We liked how nice and no-pressure everyone was. The beginning of September we met with Ryan Youngren from Hoffman Weber to take a look at our roof and gutters. He was knowledgeable about the products and what made sense for our house as well as their company philosophy. We decided to replace the roof, soffit and fascia, and gutters. He told us when the job was finished we would be happy with the results - customer satisfaction was very important to them. Shortly after our meeting we were contacted by Brian Thole, our project manager. He gave us a timeline for when the materials would start to arrive and when to expect the workers. He was friendly and reassured us that his goal was to for us to be happy customers when the work was completed. The roofing materials showed up promptly on October 1st as promised and the roofers the next day. Our brand new roof was done in one day! Brian came out to check on the workers and then to inspect the finished job. He asked if we had questions, which he answered, and if we were satisfied with the roof, which we were. Then things got a little dicey. The soffit and fascia arrived on October 3rd, as scheduled, and the two workers a few days later. We started to notice things that seemed off. The guys were working different ends of the house which ended up not matching. Also, these guys were subcontractors from down south and didn’t do things “Minnesota winter” style. Brian said he’d take care of it. The weather turned making it hard to work so now the timeline was stretching out further. Weather can’t be controlled but we were behind because of work having to be redone. HOWEVER, Hoffman Weber was true to their word. Brian worked with the guys until the job was done right, even chipping in to do some of the work and doing the finishing touches himself showing us he was committed to getting the job done right. He was at our house almost as much as we were, making sure we were satisfied! Even though he was managing other jobs, he was always patient, understanding, and generous with his time.. Once the soffit and fascia was done, the gutters and the gutter guys showed up, again on time. They attached our beautiful new gutters in a day. One more tweak to a downspout the next day and our gutters were done. Ryan came back on November 2nd, inspected the work, listened to our experiences - the good, bad and ugly - and made sure before he left that we felt good about the work. He gave us a nicely bound book with all our warranties. We were happy with the work and all the staff involved. They were great to deal with. All of the work, including the wintery weather and the extra time spent on the soffit and fascia, took one month to complete. We chose to write this review in the spring in order to see how our project wintered. Our roof looks great despite a terrible ice dam season, and hearing those new gutters flowing once the snow and ice started to melt was like music to our ears. We now get to go into summer with our house looking like new. Thank you, Hoffman Weber, for a great experience. Thank you, Ryan, for your expertise in pointing us in the right direction and especially, Brian, for being a wonderful problem solver and keeping things on track. We really appreciate the job you did and we will continue to recommend you to others

The team at Hoffman Weber was professional, polite and performed great work! Our project manager Brian was especially great to work with every step of the way! He had excellent communication with us, ensured that the materials and workers arrived as scheduled, and that everything was done properly. Brian consulted with his team when needed to determine the best and most cost effective options which we were grateful for as it looked even better than we expected. We really enjoyed having Hoffman Weber as our contractor for our remodeling project. Our project included roofing, siding, soffit, fascia and windows. We were fortunate to have Jason Iwig as our salesman and John Weber as our project manager. Both Jason and John really focused on the finite details of the job to ensure the results would satisfy the expectations of the job. Jason assisted up front with concept, design, and selection from the premium products Hoffman Weber offers. Jason utilized 3D cad software to assist with the visualization of the concept which really helped us gain confidence in our decisions. As the project was underway John did an excellent job with coordinating the permits, materials, and trades and ensuring everything got completed on time and to expectations. The technicians working on our house were very mindful of keeping the work area clean every day. Their craftsmanship was second to none and couldn’t be happier with the results. Hoffman Weber’s staff onsite and back in the office were patient, courteous, and helpful along the way. I would highly recommend Hoffman Weber as your all-around contractor of choice for your home remodeling needs. Our transformation was incredible, and they will not leave you disappointed.

I have just had my final meeting with Joe Wire, who sold me on using Hoffman Weber. My siding project was finished a couple weeks ago. I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. They explained everything, answered questions and helped solve every issue. My house was built in 1928 so it needed a new facelift. I chose the James Hardie product for it’s high quality and for the finished look. Joe explained the choices of products but I chose the James Hardie. It is worth every penny to end up with such a maintenance free, great looking house. I also had them do a new seamless membrane flat roof on my three-season porch. Bryan, my project manager, was available all through the project to answer any questions and keep me updated on the project. He was so thorough and stopped by multiple times to check on everything. Boris, my installer, is an artist! He worked 6 days a week with his brother, installing all the siding and trim. Everything is done to perfection. He really does quality work and takes his time making sure everything is perfect. The roofers did my porch roof so I will never have to worry about a leaky roof. They stayed extra late to make sure they got it done before a snow storm hit the following day. I couldn’t be happier with my “new” house. I highly recommend Hoffman and Weber. They are so easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, problem solvers and I know they really cared about my project from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, Bryan, Boris and his brother. Thank you for all the expert work. I have already had lots of compliments on my house.

The project did not get started on the date we were told and there were delays throughout. It took over three months to get the new windows installed and the trim work completed. There was a definite language barrier between the roofers/siders and the homeowner. Even though it was very hard to communicate with the workers, they were very nice, prompt, they acted professionally and they could always direct you to their foreman. When the project was completed, it turned out very good. Justin did a remarkable job. Sunnie was always there to take our calls and was prompt on getting back to us with answers. All in all I am very happy with the end result of this whole project. Thank you Hoffman Weber. Please note the approximate cost is for the new windows only.

This is the second time that HWC has done storm damage repair on our home.. They did a great job through out the whole process of home repair. Excellent. Brian Thole was instrumental in getting this roof install accomplished. He worked with insurance adjusters, inspectors, and engineers to facilitate a quality product with no problems . His crew was fast, efficient and left the property clean and in good condition.

Due to a severe hail storm, we had significant damage to our home. We contracted with Hoffman Weber to replace our roof, siding, gutters, windows and repair the decks. Our sales rep, Joe Wire, was extremely helpful working with us and the insurance company throughout the entire process. Joe responded promptly to our phone calls and address our questions and/or concerns when they arose. Overall, we had a great experience with Hoffman Weber and Joe, in particular, as the face of Hoffman Weber. We would highly recommend Hoffman Weber Construction to others.

The whole job was completed on time with top quality products and skilled labor. The customer service was highly efficient and professional! What impressed me most was there attention to detail, Quality Control Inspection at the end of the job and the prompt follow through with the minor touch ups noticed by the QA inspector. I have recommended HW to numerous friends and neighbors which communicated similar experiences. I will definitely use HW for any future work required on my home.

After the storm came through the Minneapolis, Minnesota I was worried about the immediate influx of contractors. I waited and waited, searched and searched until all of the "fly by storm" contractors had left the area. When the clouds parted and everyone was gone there was Joe with Hoffman Weber construction. I found them at the U.S. Bank home improvement show they had. From the beginning they were professional, honest and extremely flexible. Joe came out to my house, worked with my insurance let me know what needed to be done and what could wait. The crew was timely, professional and quick. They did my house and garage roofs (different buildings) in one day. They worked with my schedule and met up with me to go through the warranty. The project manager went around the house looking for any issues and any nail left behind. I have had other contractors say they were going to "come back and check on clean up" and never heard from them again. This company sees it through to the end. They took care of the permits and even called the city inspector. When the city inspector came to the house they told me that 80% of the houses getting storm damage repair were failing inspection. What was worse is that they could not longer get a hold of the contractors. Hoffman Weber was there from start to finish and ensured that they were just down the road if anything should come up. I will be working with them again in the future!

We had the front of our house and garage done last year, wonderful! This year we had the other three sides of the house done with steel siding. Jason was very professional and helpful with both projects. He helped us with colors and was very honest with things we wanted done.Thank you! Tim and his siding crew were wonderful! We were hit with a hail storm in June 2017. People were calling every day offering free estimates. I did not want an out of state contractor. Hoffman Weber are local and established in Minnesota. They responded immediately to take care of our roof. The roof was done so well that we hired them to side our house. Could not have been happier with the results. Our contractor was Ryan Youngren. He went over everything with us and gave us wonderful recommendations as to what siding was available. There was never any pressure. Always answered our calls if we had questions.
