Exterior Painting
THIS PAINTER JUST FINISHED OUR HOUSE LAST WEEK. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THERE WAS MORE WOOD DAMAGE THAN WE AND THE PAINTED REALIZED. HE TOOK CARE OF THE DAMAGED WOOD BEFORE PAINTING (AND HE DIDN'T RAISE HIS ESTIMATE). ALSO, HE TOOK CARE OF OTHER THINGS AS HE WENT ALONG. FOR EXAMPLE, HE SAW A CRACKED WINDOW. HE IMMEDIATELY GOT A REPLACEMENT PIECE OF GLASS AND FIXED IT. (I'M GLAD HE WAS A HANDYMAN AS WELL AS A PAINTER.) IT TOOK HIM ABOUT EIGHT WEEKS TO PAINT THE HOUSE, BUT WE GOT A LOT OF RAIN DURING THAT TIME. ALSO, HE HAD A LOT OF DAMAGED WOOD TO PREPARE BEFORE HE PAINTED. HE WAS VERY DETAILED, AND THAT TAKES TIME, TOO. WE DIDN'T CARE HOW LONG THE PAINTING TOOK, THOUGH. WE JUST WANTED THE HOUSE FINISHED BEFORE WINTER. IN ALL, THE JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE. WE'RE PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
