The estimates were presented on time and were very detailed, more so than any other contractor. He looked at the entire job very closely and even came several days before the main crew to dissect one of the windows to determine exactly what needed to be done. He spent the weekend making forms to fit into the windows. The day the project began, the crew of about 7 started on time and had the old roof off in less than an hour. The entire upper roof was redone the first day with new vents. His crew was very good about cleaning up old materials and not stepping in any of the flowers around the house. The second day the crew removed the shingles from the sides of the Mansard roof and started working on covering it. The windows were modified and then coated with metal sheeting so they won't have to be painted. He also installed tabs that direct water away from the window sill to prevent buildup of water or ice in the window area. There was a small amount of work that needed to be done on the third day. The entire project looks good and is better than the original construction that was done 34 years ago. As he was working on the project, he kept me informed of what was being done and when things needed to be done that were not part of the original estimate. We then agreed on whether it would be done or not. He provided photos of all the process steps which helped since I wasn't going to climb to the roof and get in their way. All this was given to the building inspector and was approved. Henry Thomas Ltd. is a professional detailed contractor that I will contact again for additional home improvement projects

We had a bedroom created in a common area on our second floor and a bedroom removed and turned into a common area with a bar in our basement (design work, demolition, construction, woodworking, etc.) Henry was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He provided ideas that made good use of our space, and his bid was competitive. He came in on budget and completed the project on time. His quality of work is outstanding and we have received many compliments on our remodeled space. Henry was a pleasure to interact with while in our home completing the work. I would both recommend and use Henry again with no hesitation.
