Called for furnace repair and left a message.  Mr. Jensen called back promptly and scheduled a 10:30 appointment for the following day.  At 9:50 he called to confirm he was on schedule and would arrive about 10:30.  He arrived at 10:35 and started the diagnostic process.  Within 40 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and performed other preventative measures to insure trouble free operation.  He also discussed areas to be aware of so we could perform routine maintenance to eliminate similar issues in the future.  Mr. Jensen was very informative and knowledgeable in his field and took the time to explain everything he was doing and explained the furnace fundamentals.  No major parts were required.  He also informed us that even though our furnace was 16 years old, it would last us many more years and even if we had to replace a blower or control board, it would be worth replacing the parts instead of replacing the entire furnace.  I've always felt at the mercy of a repairman and feared a substantial bill.  Mr. Jensen however, changed that feeling and I will definitely call upon him again. He has given us a new outlook on in-home service/repairs.
