Heated Floor Systems is great! They know in-floor heating systems unlike general HVAC contractors who have at most a general idea about what’s going on. I’d use again in a heart beat.

Well. He identified the problem and gave us the a fair price for parts and labor. Unlike everyone else I've worked with he didn't up-sell us anything and was quite punctual and organized.

Dave is the poster child for and quot;pride of service.and quot; He was extremely responsive, both in responding to my phone calls as well as scheduling a repair time. Not only did he fix our system that we have had multiple problems with since we installed it 10 years ago, but also he educated us on the system showing us what to look for if we have future problems. We love our Wirzbo in-floor heating system. But the problems we have had with it over the past few years soured us on the system. Dave has returned the warmth to our house and our hearts!

They have a flexible schedule. He came out almost right away. He did not beat around the bush. He told me what was wrong and fixed it.

They called when they were on their way so I could meet them at my home. They inspected the unit and said it was in good condition. They provided a price for cleaning the unit and the approximate time it would take to do so. Both estimates were accurate. After he had taken the boiler apart, he asked if I was interested in seeing what it looked like inside. He showed me how the system works, what he did to clean it. He also provided useful instruction about things I could do to maintain the system - e.g maintaining appropriate water pressure, etc. He helped explain the unit to me and was very helpful.

Working with Heated Floor Systems was a refreshingly professional experience. Initially, Dave G. presented a few different options (gas vs. electric boiler, etc.) and carefully explained the pro's and con's of each option. He answered my questions, offered a written estimate, and a schedule to complete the project. After I agreed to the proposal, Dave coordinated closely with my electrician, and showed up to perform the work when he promised. He installed the equipment, tested the system then explained how everything worked. It's been a few months since installation, and the radiant floor heat has been working great. I am very happy with the professionalism of the company and the service provided. The work was completed as-promised and on-budget. I'd highly recommend H.F.S. for anyone of installing a heated floor system.
