This young man is the epitome of customer service. I have been to the store looking for other things, and he always cheerfully takes the time and makes the greatest effort to solve your problem - no matter how small it is!

Knife sharpening
I dropped off a pair of sewing scissors and they were ready 3 days later. This was part of an experiment to see who sharpened scissors better, as I dropped off another pair at another store. The Hamline Hardware scissors were sharper, cost half as much, and were ready earlier.
