H & R BLOCK

The IRS sent us a letter because H&R Block prepared our taxes wrong. The office which did the return initially isn't open year round so we went to the Har Mar office for help. I worked with Dale Schroeder. After sitting there for an hour watching him struggle with the correction I asked if I could come back to pick everything up. He said he had what he needed and would mail the corrected forms to me. 10 days later (and a week before the paperwork was due to the IRS) I called because we hadn't received the forms yet. When I called the person answering phones said Dale was on vacation for the next 2 weeks. They found the forms Dale completed so I picked them up. As I was signing them to mail I realized there were still mistakes. I ended up going to the office at 1600 University and Peg Tambourine prepared the correction. She gave us a refund for the fees we initially paid, but I'm extremely unhappy with H&R Block because of their lack of knowledge and poor customer service.
