H & J Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The owner Mark personally performed the service.  He was very thorough.  Our carpet had several spots which we did not think would come out, but Mark removed them.  For a couple of spots which would not come out he recommended some things we could try.

Ben has always been very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. He and his dad do a great job. I can even leave while their cleaning and come back to pay when they are finished. Very trustworthy. LOVE THEM!!!

My dog became very ill on a Friday evening resulting in over a dozen good-sized dog vomit stains. I called around to a few different carpet cleaners Saturday morning to find someone who could come out that day. After leaving messages at four different cleaners, Mark's service called me back by early afternoon. He had just finished another job, was home eating lunch, and said he would come right over. Mark arrived in 15-20 minutes and started right to work. He did a great job removing the stains and cleaning the adjacent carpeting. Mark was very personable and professional. I will definitely hire him the next time I need carpet cleaning.

I will never use another upholstery cleaner. Ben spent 2 hours cleaning my terribly dirty furniture. He pre-treated, cleaned, then pre-treated and cleaned again because he thought he could do better. I have used Ben's father (Mark) for this same service, and was equally impressed. The Heilles' are not cheap, but are worth every penny. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It is a family owned business. They were friendly, courteous, reasonably priced and did a thorough job. They also cleaned up after themselves. They got very good truck mounted equipment. They also repaired a carpet which had an ink stain and replaced the bad spot with a new piece of carpet.

This is a family business. They are very helpful and do an excellent job with heavy duty truck mounted equipment. They are so busy you have to plan ahead if you want them to come to your house.
