Shortly after dropping off my car I got a call from Gunnar's advising that there was actually a fuel line leak towards the rear end. Apparently because the fuel leak was dripping down the left side--near where the brake line cluster was located--it had given me the impression it was a leak in the brake system. Wrong! Gunnar's first advised they may need to drop the fuel tank to access the leak + fuel line components. I was prepared for some serious labor cost! A few hours later I received a second call advising they were able to access the required area through the back seat, and the repair to the fuel line was complete. Minimal labor and a quick fix! I truly appreciated the good communication and honest effort to make this a simple repair.

We contacted them.  We returned the car and they redid the brakes. No apologies or explanations. You would think that a reapair company  would know what brakes to use for a repair.  No apologies or explanations.  They acted as though it was an inconvenience.

Any time I have an issue I usually just drop my car off in the morning. In a few hours I get a call with an estimate and usually by the end of the day the car is ready. Some times when they couldn't fix something I have not paid for anything, which is always a plus for me.

The technician drove and inspected the vehicle and provided a written report of finding and concerns. Very professional and knowledgable.

I left my Mazda there Monday night. I got a call the next day around 11am asking if I wanted to replace the other 2 cylinder coils that hadn't been replaced. I decided to go ahead with that to avoid full labor charges in the future. They called around 2pm that same day and advised it was ready and the total with tax was $698. I think it's a professional, honest shop. The one disappointment was they didn't give an Angie's List discount nor did they give a AAA discount. I hope they extend a discount in the future. I would definitely use them again.

Again, we've used Gunners Garage exclusively for all our car's needs the last several years because of their expertise, their honesty, and their convenience to our home. I've dealt with many auto mechanics over the years, but I can safely say that Gunners is by far the best I've ever been associated with.

My vehicle has a 100K warranty and I have 99K+ miles on the odometer, so I wanted to make sure that any warrantied work was taken care of before my 100K warranty expired. I knew I needed at the very least new brakes and an oil change, so I made an appointment for Guy to look the entire vehicle over from top to bottom. He called me after inspecting the vehicle to let me know there were no issues that needed fixing and detailed out for me the brake work that needed to be taken care of. He was great - telling me about my options and the condition of my car - and getting my OK before doing any work. He trouble-shot an issue I had been having since bringing my car into the Toyota dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and fixed that as well. Overall it was a great experience. Any work I get done going forward (including oil changes) will be done here.
