That day there were workers in my place installing hardwood floors and plastering Sheetrock.  The two men that were cleaning the air ducts were such good sports about it.  It was inconvenient for them but they worked around the other people in the house and when they were completed they took the time to cover the vent openings so the plaster dust and wood floor sanding dust did not go into the vents.

The crew was punctual, responsible, explained everything before they worked and what to expect, and cleaned up. Everything went smoothly!  They also did not try to sell me other services that I don't need.

3 times in 9 years now, and I have always been very, very satisfied by their work. Highly recommended.

The service team arrived at the designated time and went to work immediately.  They did all necessary prep work and were very neat. They explained what they were doing and why.  At the end when they sprayed a chemical we were told it was best to leave for an hour or so.

I hired Groen's to clean the duct work, chimney and furnace in my house, which had not been done in 10 or so years. When I called to schedule the service, Steve spent nearly an hour on the phone with me to answer my questions and explain the services his company provides. He even suggested that, on the day of the service, I put my cat in a crate because the noise associated with the cleaning may scare him. It was clear that Steve takes pride in his work and that he's knowledgeable about every aspect of it.
The day before the crew arrived, they called to confirm time and date of service. The day of the service, the crew called 25 mns. ahead of time to say they were on their way. Very considerate. I was also pleased that neither one of them smelled of cigarette smoke and that they politely removed their shoes/boots at the front door. I walked them through the house to show them the furnace, the vents and the fireplace. They asked a few questions and got to work. They efficiently, carefully and thoroughly cleaned ducts, chimney and furnace ... all while I worked in my office.
After the crew finished, they explained what they'd discovered (a lot of dust and, in the chimney, soot!) and presented me
with a bill. We discussed how often it's best to clean ducts, etc.

Phone contact, scheduling, services described, and cost estimate were excellent.  I received a reminder call to firm up time, which i appreciated.  The two men who completed the job were very friendly and thorough in explaining what was being done. 

I was very pleased with the entire process, services and cost delivered were as I expected.

I was greeted on the phone by a really nice man. We made the appt. Two workers showed up as scheduled, explained the process and got to work. They were efficient starting from one end of the house and ending at the furnace. They found one extra cold air vent I overlooked telling them about. They finished with the dryer vent which was discovered to be totally blocked with a birds nest. They were able to get it removed. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. The price I paid was what was quoted. I will use them again.

I was quite happy with the service they performed. The were courteous, and did their work thoroughly and with care. They treated my home as I would have; they were careful not to blow dust around, scratch walls or vents. I will have them next time my ducts need cleaning.

From the time I got the call that we could set the date for November 17, 2011 and the time, Rob and Dan showed up on time, jumped right in to get the work accomplished, answered questions we had, very professional in how they set up, cleaned up and took down the equipment.  I was highly impressed that they removed their shoes when they came into my home.

This is the second time we have had Groen's come to do our vents (last time four years ago)--the same person came as last time.  I know they were thorough becasue of the things they found in the vents and in the furnace that got past the filter.  They also found two places where poor qulaity work was done when the basement was finished since they had last come--they found two places where the size of the duct was mismatched for the space coming out of the furnace, letting lots of cold/hot air seep into the furnace room and not the finished basement.  They also explained/showed this for second time to me when I got home after already showing my husband. Very personable and helpful!!

Excellent - showed up on time. Very Friendly and did a great job. I would however recommend if you have a wood burning fireplace make sure you clean it out and tape it shut. When they started the large vacumn which is used for cleaning the duct work it literally sucked the ashes out of the fireplace. We are going to have them back in the spring to clean the fireplace and the dryer vent. We were very happy with the work and have told them to put us on the schedule for three years from now.

Very well. Groen's was recommended by the HVAC contractor. I contacted Groen's just prior to the installation of my new HVAC system to see if they could clean the ducts prior to the new installation. They were able to schedule it with just two days notice and provide the duct cleaning a day before the furnace installation. They showed up right on time and completed the job in the time they said they would.

Groen's was recommended by our furnace repair man, and Angie's List has good ratings for them. When I spoke with the man who gave the estimate he was very thorough, informative, and friendly. He called a couple of days ahead of time to remind/confirm the appointment. The man doing the work was on time and the work seemed to be good, although it's hard to know for sure since I can't see inside my ducts. He was a little too chatty telling stories about previous customers, and a little inappropriate in his talk with my small children around, but the work seemed to be good. It happened to be a very cold day. The furnace had to be turned off and the front door was propped open by the hoses. That was a little tough on my toddler, but we managed.

We wanted the ducts cleaned in our new house. Our move-in date changed at the last minute and they we very flexible with us. They showed up on time, hooked up their big vacuum to our furnace and used pressurized air to clean the ducts. Overall, the experience was very good.

This is the 2nd time I have used their services in 5-years. After installing a new HVAC system, completing some water damage related work and before bringing home a new pet (dog) we decided to use GV to clean the air ducts in our home. I must say this is a very professional outfit. When they arrived the sheet rock replacement work had not been completed. They offered to simply reschedule the work, so that they could remove every last bit of dust that might be in the ducts. The whole process with which they handle the inquiry, the scheduling, the reminder phone call, the punctuality etc., everything is simply fabulous. And above all the price is also right. Highly recommended.

Steve handled our first call. He was patient and accommodating when we had to reschedule. Dan and Greg arrived on time and were friendly, clean, and informative. They managed to blow some small toys out of the system that must have been there since before we moved in almost twenty years ago, which means that the last three companies we had to clean the ducts missed them entirely. We also had them check our two chimneys to see if they needed cleaning -- they said they didn't.

We have used this company before and been pleased so didn't hesitate to use them again. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. The ducts on the home we just purchased were very dirty so we felt good that we had gone ahead and had this done.

Steve was very helpful over the phone and explained the whole process and cost. Workers arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient.

Service was able to be scheduled within a week of when I called. They called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, were professional and performed the work as described. They did move several things in the basement, but did not move them back into their original places.
