Amazing! Detailed, thorough, beautiful work. Paul is pleasant knowledgeable and considerate. I had the living room floor refinished and Paul's input prior to even starting was very comprehensive. He walked me through the process and what to expect and had great insight on some of the existing staining that was present on the living room floor from the prior owner. His work on the living room floor exceeded my expectations so much with how beautifully they turned out that I decided to use him for installing hardwood in the kitchen too. I had the existing flooring removed prior to his install. The kitchen truly looks like those floors where originally because they seamlessly transition from the living room so nicely. You won't be disappointed with Paul's work. Great experience!

Paul did a terrific job on our living room floor and steps to the lower level.  He was quick in scheduling an estimate visit. Gave me a bid on the spot.  We were able to schedule out a reasonable time, giving me time to remove my furniture from the living room.  Paul was very pleasant and friendly.  The job was done in under a week.  He did such a great job we are having him come back in August to do our dining room and hall floors.  Thanks for a great experience.

Paul was great, he came in and made the floors look amazing in just two days time. The floors are now my favorite thing about my home and I get compliments on them all the time. I checked out the flooring contractors.  I liked this guy because he did the work himself and didn't use subs.  He answered my inquiry promptly. and was able to work around my schedule to meet as I am working out of state and only in Minnesota once per month.  His pricing was fair.  He estimated 5 days to do the job and was done when he said he would be.

As there was no one living in the house at the time I felt comfortable giving him a key. Most of the time my daughter was there painting as he worked.  She felt comfortable being alone in the house with him and said he was cordial and professional the entire time.

  The house was my mother who passed away just before Thanksgiving.  It was 50 years old and the hardwood floors were original.  There were some stains and rust spots on the carpet.  He said he thought he could get the stains out, I was doubtful.  Well, he did The floor turned out to be just as nice as it was new when we moved into the house in 1965, perhaps even nicer because of the newer type finishes now on the market.

I manage hotel renovations for a living, hence my not being in the state except for one weekend a month.  I know good work when I see it and this was good work.  I would not hesitate to use him on any future job of this type.

Paul did a wonderful job on our wood floors. When I initially called he took the time to talk about the floors and product. He was punctual and gave us the estimate right away. There were some tough spots that he worked out resulting in a beautiful floor. I would not hesitate to use him again. He is a trustworthy person.

Paul started on a Monday, tearing our the existing carpeting and disposing of it. On Tuesday Paul sanded the floors; we didn't notice any dust from the sanding at all. On Wednesday and Thursday he stained and finished the floors.
Paul explained every step of the process, and our floors turned so beautiful.

i love our new floors so much. paul is a true professional. i mean this in the sense that he is very good at the technical matters of his craft--he has, for instance, a way of finishing that doesn't require removing quarterround--but also that he is thourough, courteous, and responsive in dealing with clients. this is a gift. i can offer you my highest recommendation without any reservation.

Clearly Paul and his co-worker did a wonderful job. They did a comprehensive and complete job. Also they are very nice to be in your house during a big job. Make sure you like the people you hire because they are going to be part of your household while the job is taking place! Our floors look great. Our family and friends love how the wood looks. After seeing our floor my sister hired them to do hers! I would not think twice in rehiring them should the need arise.

Very nicely, Paul Gregorich is a terrific guy to work with, nice, friendly and polite. Takes the time to explain what he is doing and answer's all questions. Worked with our schedule to get the floors re-surfaced before we moved into our new house. We are still getting compliments on this floor a month later, I fully recommend Paul to anyone looking to have the floors sanded and re-sealed!

Paul had done work for our neighbors two different times, and my husband and I were impressed with his work. We were going to have a family floor-installing party, as we have installed hardwood in several homes for my siblings. The date was set with 12 participants. Paul was doing his second install at the neighbor's and we asked him to give us a bid for finishing - and, what the heck, for installing as well. My husband is a bit of a tightwad, and he was thrilled with Paul's bid and scheduled him right away. Paul did a fabulous job, was easy to work with and very responsive. He also did a great job cleaning up afterward. We picked up the wood ourselves and tore out the carpet, so the price doesn't include that. We highly recommend Paul. He'll be back next year to do the install and finishing in the kitchen when we get that gutted. Guess we'll just have a gathering of the siblings to admire Paul's work.
