Carpet Cleaning
Had an appointment for 2p.m., called at 2p.m., saying they were running late, would be there at 2:30. They showed up after 3:00p.m.
THought I had already paid for this service through the coupon, but then the extra charges were added.
64$ FOR "PROFEESIONAL" solution to be applied on the carpet.
$10 fuel charge.
The standard rate of $25 per room..they did 4 rooms; somehow turned into $180.
They cleaned the carpets, after being over an hour late; the carpets look good but will not have a good feel for the job done until they dry and we live on them for a couple of days.
