Very well - continuous communication until the job was done. They know their product and application/installation. These are Goodman products which are the same as Amana with 10 yr warranty. Have used Dave's products and/or service twice in the past 10 years and have always been very satisfied with all aspects of the dealings. The job is done right the first time be in a service call or new installation.
