GRANITE TRANSFORMATIONS

They over-layed our current counter top with granite and did a lot of measurements. It look amazing and we love it. It's not as heavy as I thought it would be, and it's only a 1/4" thick. They were wonderful about keeping the work space clean and making sure everything in our kitchen was protected. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went great. The counter tops look wonderful. They cleaned up their mess. There was a problem with one of the drawers under the counter tops sticking and they came right out and fixed it.

The workmanship on the countertops was outstanding - both constructing the templates, and the installation. The workers were punctual, polite, kept me informed, and cleaned-up the mess well (a few drops of adhesive left on the floor).

The quality of the product is less than I expected.  The surface develops rough spots eve though I use only the recommended cleaner.

Arrange your own plumber, do not use the sub-contracted plumber.  I had to correct one bathroom sink where the hot and cold feeders were crossed.    I had to replace the kitchen faucet - stripped threads led to a leak that ruined the floor of the counter.

Making a decision on what to install for new countertops was a challenge for me and my husband as there are so many options to choose from.  We went with granite transformation for the fact that the product was great, had lots of raving reviews and you didn't need to pull out the existing countertop which would have only ended up in a landfill somewhere.   Our whole kitchen remodel was about repurposing and reusing for all areas possible.   I am extremely happy we decided to use Granite Transformation and the end result is beautiful.  Doug and the whole team was awesome to work with.   Estimate was accurate and not upcharges.   The installers did a fabulous job laying down tarp to protect the new floors.  They communicated expectations for us every step of the way.  Pricing was really reasonable in comparison to  all of the options we looked at for stone and laminate.

Everyone was very professional and friendly from start to finish. The work was done on time and turned out as beautifully as expected. I'll be happy to have them do the same work in my new home.

Sue came to our home to provide information, samples, and give us an estimate which turned out to be quite accurate. About a week later, the templater came to take the precise measurements needed to build the countertops. Since the old countertops had integrated sinks, they will completely replace the countertops, not cover them as they typically would do. Two weeks later, they came to install the countertops. When they removed the old countertop in the master bath, they found a few problems with how it was installed. They had to cut some tile on the wall in order to install the new countertop the right way (not like the old one was done!). They did such a good job, you would never know there was a problem! They took the old countertops and left both bathrooms clean and neat!

They were excellent. They were precise and careful. They listened to my concerns about how I wanted the corners. I noticed that the granite is ever so slightly mitered to drain water back toward the kitchen sink instead of away from it. These are excellent workmanship that I didn't expect and I really appreciated it.

Our project went very smoothly. Beverly, our sales consultant, was outstanding. She was our first contact and thoroughly explained the product and the process, without pressuring us, and helped us select a good color match for our kitchen. The installer, Isaro, was equally professional, pleasant, and skilled. He measured out a template for our countertops, then returned a few weeks later with a colleague for the installation. We're very happy with the result and have the kitchen that we wanted. Best of all, the installation took place in one day and caused no inconvenience to us. The price was much more attractive than tearing out our countertops and replacing them with granite, we were able to keep the ceramic tile backsplash that we love, and we ended up with a far more and quot;greenand quot; product as well. Very happy in all respects.

Sue K. Returned our call for a consultation and estimate promptly. She reviewed all of our options right in our home and took some basic measurements and gave us an estimate the same day. We selected the countertop material that day, but had some more questions about the colors for the backsplash. Sue went to the extra effort of pulling together some samples for the backsplash and included a sample of the countertop material as well and dropped them all off at our home so we could review our options at our leisure and in different light. We decided to meet her in the showroom for our final decision making process. We felt most welcome and cared for each step of the way, the way great customer service should be provided. We scheduled the template making at a convent time for my husband to work from home. That was done efficiently and carefully. Sue helped us arrange for a plumber to come and disconnect the sink and faucet the day of the installation and reconnect the following day. Within two weeks, our installation was taking place. Within 4 hours our kitchen was transformed. We couldn't be happier with the result! The installers (2) arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned up carefully, and we're very professional.

Wow, this was a great product and experience!!!!! We have a great looking kitchen and bathroom that we just love. We looked everywhere for granite and this was by far the best look and it wears wonderfully. You don't have to take care of it and we have dropped items on it with that feeling of horror and nothing happened. The company was always responsive about calling back about care questions. We were lucky enough to have Beverly work with us. She is one of the best people we have ever worked with in any major purchase. If you can get her we would recommend doing so without reservation. We found the price to be competitive with granite slabs but we really liked Granite Transformations color and design far better than the 15 places we went. Buy here with confidence.

We had to call them back because they made a rookie mistake (did not check sink at their dry-fit stage) and our new sink did not fit. They had a person out that day who rectified everything with no fuss or bother.

I have used them before in my old house, so I already knew that they did a good joob. They cover your existing countertops with a material called rock solid granit. It is supposed to stand up better than actual granite and it does not need to be sealed. What I like is that it is more durable and less expensive. The people are very easy to work with and have great ideas about design. They work quick. If nothing else get an estimate from them and take a look at their product. Every project is new and unique.

I'd like people to know that if they compare to shop for real slabs of Granite, it's going to be cheaper or the same price because Granite Transformations is a very thin piece and it can chip or crack because all they do is just place it on your counter. It's far smarter to go with the usual thickness of slab from any Granite Fabricator and the very same stuff is the same price or higher at Granite Transformations. Granite Fabricator is a better price for a slab of Granite in the Twin Cities area! I would never recommend Granite Transformations and their pricing is just outrageous for what you get.

It went very well. Everything that they said would happen, happened. They were very timely in their work. They were very honest. The price that the quoted was exactly what we paid. I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional and right on the ball. They measured everything right. They were here when they did they were going to be. We were just very pleased with them, overall.

I scheduled an appointment with the sales rep, Darcy. She was prompt and very courteous. She showed me a lot of samples. She was helpful but is not a designer. I solicited her opinion but in no way did she give me a sales pitch. In some ways I would've felt more comfortable making a selection at that point if I had a designer at the house, but that's not their service so I understand. I went to their show room because my choice happened to be in one model kitchen. I spoke with the owner, Marla, who was helpful and honest regarding their product vs. traditional 2 or 3 cm granite. They showed me additional samples, but I stayed with my original selection. Aaron (installer) came in and spent HOURS creating a template, VERY meticulous and VERY polite. About 10 days later, Aaron and Luis came back to install my counters and backsplash. They were perfectionists just like one hopes for! They were very courteous and cleaned up beautifully. I really should've done this years ago!

I think that their product was good. The salesmen come right to your door and show you samples, I like that. The install was good, they made a few mistakes but immediately came back and fixed them. Do not remember job cost.
