Troy repaired a 2'x6' area on my stucco home and charged me $1000.00. My home is a smoother surface and he put a chunky texture on it. When I asked about it, he said it would look better after it dried. It did not. I called several times for him to come and fix it, he said he would stop by. He didn't . I told him my home was getting painted soon and it needed to be fixed. He offered me $200.00 back. Didn't get it. I had to hire someone else to repair his awful job. This man came right out and fixed it. He had to take off what Troy did and put the right texture on. He charged me $200.00 to do all of this. Troy ripped me off. The first one is Troys, the second is the repair after Troys repair.

I had called other companies and they told me that they could not because it was to cold but he told me that he had heaters. He wrote on his invoice that it was guaranteed for life of the homeowner and signed it and put his phone number next to it. I sent him a 1099 and it came back, so I do not know if he moved or what, in the spring when I started having problem I tried to contact him again and can not get any sort of response for a problem I had on another service he did for me.

Troy and his crew did a great job. They refused to stucco an area of the bay window that the roofer had done in a way that wouldn't meet up to the stucco in a good way. When the roofer wasn't helpful in resolving the situation, Troy took care of it himself.
