The installation went fairly well. Gjerry installed the water heater and necessary ducting for exhaust and intake air. The installation was done neatly and fairly quickly. However, we did have to ask him to come back to add some clamps to some pipes that he forgot to clamp. He came out the day that I called and clamped the pipes. Unfortunately, he forgot to clamp one of the pipes, so either I need to call him again or do it myself. It should be noted that Gjerry only installs tankless water heaters; he does not install the traditional tank water heaters.
