Ginger is a dear, sweet, wonderful woman who has been in the real estate business for a long time. She knows everyone, but wasn't able to bring us a buyer using all the power of Edina Realty. Unfortunately, the market has changed and in a buyer's market real estate tactics need to change, too. Ginger applied traditional sellers techniques like planting a sign, MLS listing, and having a few open houses; but that wasn't enough. At the end of our contract with her, we listed with other agents who used the same techniques, and also didn't sell it. Eventually, the marketing efforts of a newly minted agent did the trick while she was staffing one of our open houses.
