I saw then drive by in their red tree trimming truck and called the number on the side. They were here within a minute or two and started work immediately after we agreed on a price. A father and son team that worked well together. They did exactly what we asked, plus took off several more branches, that we requested, when they were finished.  They cleaned up everything and were pleasant and professional to deal with. The trees look great!

We highly recommend Gene's Tree Service out of Woodbury, MN. and will use them in the future and definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thanks for doing a great job!

Very pleasant and prompt in returning my call, providing estimate and performing work. Price seemed reasonable. However, I recently had an arborist look at my trees and bushes and said they were trimmed poorly. Dead wood not taken out of hedge; large, high limbs on tree not trimmed.

I found Gene because he was across the street giving a neighbor an estimate. I had him come over to look at my poor trees which had been neglected for years and were due for a proper trim. His estimate came to $550.00. He said he would be traveling over the 4th of July and the week after. I told him I'd be happy for him to start whenever it was convenient and he offered to do it right then and there, which was FABULOUS. He had his son and wife with him to help and everybody was super nice, really professional and they did a great job. They were done in a little over two hours and cleaned up the whole yard and wheel burrowed in the wood-chips for my planting beds. I couldn't ask for more.

Gene was professional and did everything we asked. He was prompt and did a great job. We were confident that he knew what he was doing and hired him, in part, for his 20+ years of experience even though other bids came in lower. We would hire him again.

Brad came to the door saying his company was doing work in the area and offered a free estimate on trimming an old tree. I'd been thinking about having that work done, so, sure, why not get an estimate? Brad (who introduced himself as the younger brother of the owner)explained what he would do to the tree and also suggested work on other trees and shrubs. He quoted $350. I did some checking then called him back to do the work. His crew did the work the next day. The work was exactly as quoted. Cleanup was thorough. Brad suggested several other items that could be done. I felt his pitch was polite and not high-pressured. I decided to have the additional work done. I was very satisfied. The work really did improve the appearance of our yard, and also minimized risk of damage by high winds or a storm.

The work was done professionally and quickly. The limbs were carefully cut cleanly against the trunk. All limbs and branches were cleaned up and removed. Our tree looks neat with only a canopy of branches.
