One person said I buy a certain part and another person said I diagnose it which would cost more. They fixed the part and that was what was wrong with it. They are very close to where I live.

I originally purchased a 10" Samsung tablet from Maple Grove Best Buy as a gift for my wife in 2013. My wife and I returned to Maple Grove Best Buy shortly after Christmas to have it set up for my wife. We spent 2 hours with a salesman who apparently did not know what he was doing and while try to set up Gmail and explain everything to us, he did not show us what to do and while trying to set the tablet up he managed to screw things up badly and then was unable to fix the problem he created. We were so exasperated by the service provided that we returned the tablet the same day for a full refund.
We watched the ads again but this time on 3/16/2014 we made the trip to Blaine Best Buy and went straight to a salesperson by the name of Nancy Winick, who we had been recommend to seek out for exceptional service while previously employed by the Maple Grove Best Buy.
My brother-in-law and I both  purchased 10" Samsung tablets through Nancy at the Samsung desk. She sat down and thoroughly explained everything and demonstrated the tablet and answered all of our questions.
My wife and I returned to Blaine Best Buy and went directly to Nancy Winick to have my wife's tablet set up. She explained everything and  was very clear and answered all questions. We have other questions that have come up and we will be returning to see Nancy for her exceptional service. We even purchased a screen and a 1 year contract to go along with the tablet.
My brother-in-law will be taking his tablet back in to have Nancy set his up for him.

The TV buying experience has always been very good because they always have young, knowledgeable people standing around to you. So far I haven't had any problems with the TV, and I will definitely use Best Buy again.

We'd done our research, then went to Best Buy to compare pictures. Russ Grebenec spent a lot of time helping us to understand the +/- of Plasma vs. LCD units and the fine points that separate brands and models. Ultimately we settled on a model and support bracket. We put together a package including delivery and install and then a substantial discount on the whole package that made the decision to buy (compared to other prices we'd seen) a non-decision. Jake and Terry did a great job mounting almost 225# of TV and bracket (definitely worth the $500 install charge). It was disappointing to have them charge me $3 extra for bolts they had to get at the local hardware store because the ones that came with the mount and TV weren't long enough to attach the two together. Other than that, everything went well, they cleaned up, and we have a fabulous TV that we love. As a plus, this makes a nice addition to your "reward zone" account, which is like an extra discount.
