They did the project in 2 weeks in December (in time for Christmas) at a very reasonable price. I was worried about the timing before I went there, and was pleasantly surprised that getting the framing done by Christmas was not a problem. The work was excellent, and the staff very professional. I have only good comments! I will definitely go there again.

My experience with them was great. They told me when to expect the framing to be completed. They were on-time with one of them but because one of the frames had a scratch they called me in advance to inform me that the frame was not of the quality they adhere to and that they were going to expedite the completion of the second frame. I found the call to be professional.

This was the best experience I have had framing. Pam and Jim helped me in designing my project. I needed this framing done quickly and both of them helped me with several options that could be done in a rush order. I was impressed how they focused on conserving my piece to last a lifetime. They explained how they used acid free mats, conservation mounting, and UV protective glass. I thought the price was a little high, but when I picked up my piece a few days later it was worth every penny. I had excellent customer service from drop off to pick up. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I came in about 20 minutes before closing. Jim helped me narrow down my pictures, select matting, and a frame fairly quickly without seeming like he was in a rush. I appreciated that he suggested some options, but didn't overwhelm me. I didn't come in with any ideas of my own, but was leaning on his professional eye and the project turned out great. Normally, for something like this I would shop around ahead of time, but this time I didn't and I totally lucked out. This place was the most convenient in terms of location, hours that matched my schedule, and having a shipping store close by (PostNet - where I also had a very good experience). As for the price, never having had a picture professionally framed before, I had a little sticker shock even though I knew it wouldn't be cheap. Afterwards, I did some reading online about why professional framing is so expensive, and while I don't know how this shop compares to others (I'm guessing it's in the ballpark), I ended up feeling very okay about the price.

Pam was laid back but efficient, and very helpful. The people working with her answered questions, too; we were between two frames, and the other guy came over and gave his opinion. They took their time with me. The simple framing and changes were quite inexpensive. I expected the three large pieces to be expensive, especially since they were not matted already. I think that the prices were reasonable for the work done. The work was excellent!They are solidly put together, easy to hang, and beautifully done. This company is very professional. They help everyone from the walk-in customer to consulting to decorate for an office or business. I am very satisfied with their work, and the pleasant atmosphere in which it was done. It was completed before I even expected it to be for so many varied projects, and ready when I came to pick them up.
