Forest Products Supply

Forest Products provided a unique product in the slab of tree. They were helpful in designing the whole project. There was a slight oops in one piece which the installer called about and Forest Products fixed the problem. It went so well I had them pre measure for the next project.

The work was not done correctly. The cabinet was to have been built in three sections to make it manageable to move. They built it in one piece contrary to our design. This problem could not be fixed without starting over, so we had to settle for it the way they built it. They also built it without any holes in the back of the cabinet for the wires from the audio equipment and had to come to our home and fix it. They were to have brought a drill bit to add a couple holes for the shelves, but didn't. Overall, there appears to be a lack of communication between staff and inattention to the work. We will not go back.

Anders at Forest Products did a great job of cutting the strips of woods exactly to the dimensions I requested and he had them done by the time promised ... they were lifesavers in helping us complete our project (and making it look great).  Thanks again for helping us out with a last second request ... I will definitely go back if I need other things and would highly recommend them to others.

We have used them for some other things. They will cut and process wood for you. They will build and install custom cabinetry. They did a terrific job on the counter tops for us. They really gave us an excellent price and it fits absolutely perfect. I have a laundry room that everything is out of square. They have a computer system that they use when measuring fine points. They bring in the Cambria for install and it fits absolutely perfect. They actually came to us to install it. We have used them for several small wood projects. Like needing to replace a cabinet door. They have always done a great job and when they had an apprentice make a frame for a chalk board that I wanted, and it did not come out, my husband took it back and the owner got right on it immediately. It was no hassle and no questions asked, and they turned that right around over night and made that perfect. I think they have a pride in what they do. My perfectionist husband is not treated like, oh my gosh, this guy again, he is not combative, he just wants it done right. They were terrific and everything has taken place when they said it was going too. We have been very pleased.

I brought in the old legs and they made new ones out of maple. They look great, and answered my questions about how to get the screws in the new legs without splitting them, as the fit was tight. I have used this company previously on custom cut wood trim that was cut precisely as ordered. They do an excellent job, and Mike is great to work with. I highly recommend this company

Went to the shop with measurements for pantry drawers. They showed me several styles as well as different wood options. The staff answered all my questions and gave suggestions on what types of slides to purchase to make the pantry work best. Priced it out (much less than other companies I had checked with) and everything was ready in less than two weeks. The drawers were dovetail joints, fit perfectly and very good quality The place is small and rather non-descript but don't let that deter you. This is an A+ provider.

I felt that the price was good. They were great to work with. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They had good quality workmanship. They were very versatile; they do high quality work. I didn't compare any other estimates.

We are extremely pleased with them. They are delivering exactly what they promised at a great value. Working with them went very smoothly. We had estimates from other companies that were close to $100/drawer. Forest products did the same work for under $30/drawer. They also sold us the guides for the drawers at a much lower cost than I have found them elsewhere

Mike Mueller has exceptional customer service and is extremely nice. They have high quality cabinets. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work.

Our house is about 70 years old and Forest Products made new doors that look exactly like our 70-year-old doors. We gave them a call and visited their shop to meet with someone about design and materials. We came up with something that we liked so they came out and looked at our house and came up with a design. There was a little glitch with something that didn't fit quite right but they came out in a flash, took it to the shop and fixed it, and got it back here. You'd never even know there had been a problem.
