I was told the installation would be complete in about four weeks. It has now been almost three months, and I still don't have the rug. An attempt was made last week to install it, but it was not dimensionally correct, so it was taken away. During the measuring process, the templater knocked over a studio speaker and it, plus my floor, were damaged. I have yet to be compensated for this. This has turned into the project from h***.
