Lets start with contract terms: 100% due before install. Yes you should question this. Its because you have no leverage after you pay this. This means the install crew is no in charge and in terms of being on time good luck. Oh and if pick option 2 for installers on the voicemail, this goes to no one. We had a 3:00 appointment and this turned into them arriving at 7PM. Lets just say the people skills on the install crew is about as primitive as you can get. We had a predetermined agreement with the guy that came out to take measurements where we wanted the seam. Guess what, it is not anywhere near where he had it in the drawing. In remodeling 3 house now and using a number of sub contractors this crew simply needs to be fired. So much for any tyoevof customer service. Run for the hills. I asked store manager to have owner call me and that went no where.... I highly recommend not to use these services unless you want things the way they want them.....

Overall, total success.  We visited the carpet center and found they had a way better selection that the big box stores we were visiting.  The sales lady was very helpful and it was super easy to pick and purchase.  The install guy was on time and did an excellent job.  We will do business with them again.

From the time we entered the door to look at carpeting, we were treated courteously and helpfully.  The installer was able to come the next day to measure  and he was there exactly when he said he would be.  The installation was included in the price and went flawlessly.  
I would recommend this business and plan to use them again.
