Im 42 years of age and since my younger years I've purchased 4 homes and sold them.I have enough experience dealing with realtors to have notice that Finch real estate is in a class of its own! Finch real estate has the right personal who not only knows how to do there job but also puts the clients first.
Most realtors i used in the past would put doubts that maybe my bid was to low or tell me what i should be looking for instead of listening to what i want, Finch real estate would provide me with all tools necessary including there time at my schedule to select my future home and immediately take action upon my requests with out stalling . I definitely recommend Finch real estate who made the process of my new purchase easy and fast and most of all gave me a sense of security i was dealing with the right people whom were working hard and diligent so i wouldn't lose the opportunity to purchase the home i fell in love with!

It was a really awesome experience. There's a lot of stress that comes with purchasing a new home and he helped ease those stresses along the way. He also made things flow expediently and I was able to close exactly when I needed to which ensured a constant roof over my family's head! It alleviated having to stay at a hotel which saved us alot of money! Douglas is a very down to earth person and he is very knowledgeable about construction and electricals as well which is a HUGE blessing when you are trying to buy a solid place to call Home. I would highly recommend Douglas and I know that I will definitely use him again when we are ready to upgrade to a larger home. Even though the whole process of purchasing my new home is over I can still count on Douglas to answer my many what do I do about this and that questions! As a single parent it has been invaluable to be able to lean on Douglas for those unexpected fix it things that come with owning your own home!

The process of buying my first home with could not have been easier. Candice and Doug are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and had lots of great tips and suggestions to find me a home I absolutely love. They had a lot of tips for how to approach an offer that allowed me to get my home for less than asking price, and helped me identify potential problems and expenses with some of the homes we looked at. In all, we looked at about 10 houses in the course of 3 weeks, and found me a home that works for my family, without pressuring me or neglecting my search. They answered all my questions very promptly and guided me through the offer and closing process so I never felt overwhelmed. They really took care of me!

He got the house up to bank/buyers demands immediately so my house sold in a few days
