GOOD -- THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THE COLOR OF THE MATT. THEY MADE THE CORRECTION WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THE COST WOULD BE A TOTAL OF $344.00. I WAS SHOCKED BY THE PRICE BUT AGREED AND LEFT A DOWN PAYMENT. AFTER LEAVING, I DID MORE RESEARCH AND CONFIRMED MY SUSPICIONS THAT THE PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER COMPARED TO OTHER SOURCES I COULD HAVE CHOSEN. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER, WHICH THEY DID. WHEN I CANCELLED MY ORDER BY PHONE, THE REPRESENTATIVE ASKED ME THE REASON. WHEN I TOLD HER IT WAS THE COST, SHE SAID THEY COULD WORK WITH ME, BUT I DECLINED.
