Basement Remodel
Very badly. Shoddy work and still not done. Almost lost a tenant because the work was so shoddy. Blocked a driveway so we couldn't use it for a month, did not keep dust out of tenant's apartment. Many promises, very few kept. Had to get him out of there after two months of many promises and incomplete work. Could not find much needed help. Bank account nonexistent. Had problems accepting checks as payment!!!? Do not hire Joshua Shleis! Plus his ID is from Arizona instead of Minnesota? What? So many red flags which appeared as work began. Stay away. Charming guy, though.
