My bike's gear shift broke. They were able to quickly diagnoses and share that it would be more to fix the bike than buy another one. They helped me find a new one and get it ready;) helpful and down to earth. Gave me space to make a decision and do what was best for my financial situation. It was awesome. We have bought and donated our used bikes here for 10 years. We will continue to keep coming back!

This is my third time using this vendor and every time I've had consistent excellent service, and quality of work; and the prices are unbelievably low. I have been a bicycle commuter for years and have used several other metro bike shops. Express Bike Shop is by far the lowest priced and the best quality work. It is a win-win!

I was thrilled with the results. Both bikes are much more comfortable for me to ride and they saved me a lot of money by re-fitting my existing bikes so I did not have to purchase new bikes. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I am back to bicycle commuting thanks to them.
