 + -1 moreMy bike's gear shift broke. They were able to quickly diagnoses and share that it would be more to fix the bike than buy another one. They helped me find a new one and get it ready;) helpful and down to earth. Gave me space to make a decision and do what was best for my financial situation. It was awesome. We have bought and donated our used bikes here for 10 years. We will continue to keep coming back!

 + -1 moreThis is my third time using this vendor and every time I've had consistent excellent service, and quality of work; and the prices are unbelievably low. I have been a bicycle commuter for years and have used several other metro bike shops. Express Bike Shop is by far the lowest priced and the best quality work. It is a win-win!
Description of Work: I took my winter bike in to have a new studded tire put on the front, a new cassette and a new chain.

Both bikes are much more comfortable for me to ride and they saved me a lot of money by re-fitting my existing bikes so I did not have to purchase new bikes. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I am back to bicycle commuting thanks to them.
Description of Work: I first visited Express Bike Shop in September to look for a used bike. I have been an bicycle commuter for years, but underwent neck surgery in June. I was looking for a bike with more upright handlebars after my injury. At the time I visited they had a low inventory. But Lindsey of Express Bike Shop suggested I refit my existing bikes with new handlebars (I have a summer and winter bike). They refit both bikes with new handlebars (actually used handlebars with new spacers) and did some other maintenance repairs such as new brakes, new cables, and a new chain and cassette on my winter bike.
