Company did a good job on custom window replacing project. Fast, clean and well-coordinated. Good color, style matching with existing windows.
Great follow thru. phone calls always returned Came when they said Did what they said Very very satisfied with the workmanship
Terrible. We would never use this contractor again. They are complete storm chasers!!!
"It is with great regret that I have to respond to this terrible and dishonest review. Especially, as this customer came to us as a family referral through one of our field reps, Josh Harwell. We never knocked on their door. They came to us. After completing the roof the customer started to ask for kick-back from insurance proceeds and to have us pay their deductible. After we explained that we have to work per insurance scope and pricing and it is fraudulent to absorb deductible or to have any kick-backs, the customer did not want to continue the project. We invoiced their insurance exactly for what we completed which was roof. The insurance check went to the customer and the customer refused to pay us for 3 months claiming that the billing was incorrect. It took many phone calls by us and finally by their own insurance company to the customer to convey that the billing was for the roof only and absolutely accurate. Our company is locally owned and operated. We are an honest business and are proud of our workmanship. It is obvious that this customer is not complaining about the workmanship even once, but simply badmouthing the company. There are no bases for this poor review as the billing was accurate and the part of the project we were allowed to complete was completed perfectly. It is very upsetting having to reply to such complete and utter slander. I even contacted Angie's list to have this review removed. Unfortunately, they can't. Sincerely, GM Alex Margolin"
I hired Estate Claim Services (ECS) in 2014. I had never had an insurance claim or had any major
remodeling done to my property before. I was very nervous at first, as my
initial insurance estimate didn't seem to be enough to cover the project.
ECS assured me that they would directly negotiate with my insurer on the
scope and pricing of the project to make sure it was adequate and my only
out-of-pocket cost would be my deductible. As they promised, they worked
closely with my insurance and even though the process took some time, at the
end it all happened as they said it would. Once the scope was agreed upon,
ECS brought a very knowledgeable window rep to explain different product
options which was extremely helpful. Once I made my choice, the windows were
ordered. I had 8 windows and 1 patio door installed. The installation took only 2 days and a few hours on
3rd day for minor touch up and final clean up. The crew was very
professional, polite and knowledgeable. They covered the floors and
furniture and treated my personal belongings like it was their own. Production manager and sales rep
stopped by during the project and for the final walk-around.
Their office was on top of things.
I would definitely recommend Estate Claim Services.
