They will call first to set an appointment, and they are very reliable. Their traps do work and also they take care of spraying for other pests. A good service deserves a great compliment.

I called them, and even if it is the middle of their regular 3 month interval visit, they came out and took care of the problem and did not even charge me anything.

They are very reliable and for three years, their pricing stayed the same.

Both John and Tyler are very nice and answered all my questions. I thought I had carpenter ants, but it turned out to be pavement ants. I had a few in the house along with a couple of sow bugs. John explained everything involved and sprayed around the house. I haven't seen an ant or sow bug since. Tyler did a second treatment a month later. There was no sales pressure from either of them. The price was reasonable compared to other companies.

Very good initial diagnostic and orientation. A lot of preparation involved, but limited relocation of household goods required. It's  convenient to be able to leave most items in the living space so they can be presumptively decontaminated by the application of the high temperature.  Clothing and other stuff that would have made the space too crowded had to be taken out and treated in laundromat dryers, but compared to what that could have been if all had to go out, that wasn't too bad.  The lack of chemicals made us feel safe going back into our home after the temperature went down below about 100 degrees, which only took an hour or so after they finished.  Very professional folks, and we see no recurrence of bedbugs after 4 months, on the evidence of passive bed bug traps which we have distributed in bedrooms. The procedure is very expensive, but that is understandable in view of the specialized, high power equipment required which has got to be a high capitol investment.

They basically come 3 times a year during spring summer and fall.  Been a customer for several years.  They call to schedule, friendly enough I guess.  Haven't had problems since using them, so I guess it works.  Haven't really priced other services, so Im not sure how it compares.

They are really good. I know the guy who comes here and he is so passionate about his work. He knows so much about his work.

I only saw one mouse, they looked around and got rid of it. I have had no problems since. They came very quickly.

The guy who comes out, Mark, is good. He comes out quarterly and I pay him quarterly but I cannot remember how much I pay for his services. Mark is great and everything that he does is good. He answers my text messages when I send him pictures.

Jon arrived on time  and explained to me that what I thought was a wasp nest which would sting people was actually wasps that normally are near water and are not dangerous to people.  They do kill cicadas.  He sprayed the next and within a few days there was no more activity in the nest.

We have been using them for three years. They have always been really good and the guy we work with, Mark, has been excellent for us.

Bug Busters seem to be reliable, I have used them for a couple of years.  Their services are supposed to be environmentally friendly and not cause any damage to plants or animals. I really haven't compared around much for prices their price doesn't sound outlandish.

This company does a nice job.  I use to have problems with ants and mice.  Now I don't.  Their chemicals are safe and they're used in hospitals and nursing homes.

We have been using Environmental Pest Management Systems/Bug Busters for about a year. We live in a heavily wooded area, so we have different pest issues. We have had some mouse issues. but we have not had any mouse issues since we started using them. Our tech is on top of it, when it's time to schedule an appointment he calls us to set up the time. When he says he is going to be here he is.

They are very discrete, professional, and easy to work with.

I think their pricing is fair and their treatments work really well. I will use them again in the future.

Please read this entire review before judging Bug Busters.  It may sound bad at first but the good stuff is at the end.

Two years ago we had TAP insulation (a division of Bug Busters) install insulation in the attic of our new addition.  The guys were very friendly and the job was done quickly.  However we started to notice ice dams on the roof of our new addition.  We crawled up into the attic last fall (2011) and found less than 3 inches of insulation had been blown in, when the contract (which luckily we saved) indicated 12 inches would be blown in!  Yeah, we were highly irritated... to put it politely.

We contacted TAP insulation/Bug Busters, expecting the typical "Sure we'll come fix it" but no one ever arrives.  However, we were AMAZED when not only did they come out within two weeks, but they came all prepared to solve the problem.  They had had reports of other people not getting the amount of insulation they were supposed to by a worker (who was no longer with the company), and that worker had done the work in our house.

They finished up within half a day, blew in more than 12 inches of insulation, and DID NOT CHARGE US A PENNY!  When does that ever happen nowadays? 

On top of that they were extremely courteous and very nice.  We could not be happier with these folks.  Never in a million years did we expect a free fix!!!

They do an awesome job. My parents have used them as well. They are going to come back in July again. It is $100 each time they come out and they come out four times a year. They are very friendly and punctual. They make sure and take care of your stuff. So, you don’t have to worry about calling them or reminding them to call you for your appointment. They took care of my mouse problem. They were able to answer all the questions I had. The pesticides they use are environmental friendly. I have no idea what other people charge. I think their price is reasonable, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. They were out that day itself after I called them. I would use their services in the future too.

We are real happy with them. The treatment was effective. They came when they say they were going to come. The price was reasonable too.
