I had been worried about whether my old ceiling tile contained asbestos. I was not sure who to call about it. I looked up labs and was thinking I should just bring a sample in to somebody for testing but it looked like all labs were closed on weekends and I wasn't thrilled with the idea of potentially handling asbestos to bring in a sample. It was late on a Saturday night when I found the website and was able to schedule an appointment online. There were time slots available for early the next morning and it was super convenient to pick a time that worked for my schedule. Youssef arrived right on time. He collected the sample and discussed the method that would be used to remove the tile safely if the asbestos test was positive. I received results via email on the very next day. The results were negative and I felt relieved and ready to remove the old tiles with no worries.
